I booked an airport transfer for my arrival in Lisbon a week in advance, but somehow the system confirmed the booking for the same day I was making the reservation — and at 9 AM Eastern time, which had already passed in Lisbon. I’m not sure how this happened, but the platform shouldn’t allow bookings for past dates. I contacted Viator immediately, but they refused to reschedule or refund. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I won’t be using them again.

Our airport pickup in Lisbon started out as a disaster and only somewhat redeemed itself at the very end. We were told we’d be met at the airport Starbucks with a sign — but after repeatedly messaging through the app and texting updates, we heard nothing for an hour.
Eventually, someone called to say they were outside, but it took another 30 minutes for them to arrive. We then had to walk another 20 minutes back through the parking garage to their car — not what we expected for a “private pickup.”
Overall, the experience was very confusing, poorly organized, and not worth the premium we paid. We’ll simply take an Uber next time — faster, clearer, and probably more comfortable

Driver cancelled pick up at last moment with no explanation after indicating they had arrived. Eventually a replacement driver was assigned but there was a lot of confusion and driver was lost repeatedly while trying to get to hotel.

Had excellent drivers. The airport pick up was a little confusing but our driver came and all was good. On our departure we had an early flight out and they contacted me when we‘d be picked up to make sure we got on our flight in time. I would use this company again

Our pick up at the airport transfer to our air bnb was very good. Our drivers were Filipe and Walef. This was on May 7. However, our transport from our air bnb to the airport on May 11 was a totally different experience. One of the drivers Alda was good, but the other one, Rafael was not. He was very, very rude, snarly, argumentative and almost aggressive. This guy should not be driving and not to be any part of your company. He has very poor interpersonal skills.

The driver arrived a few minutes early for my trip to the airport in Portugal. Very friendly with a nice comfortable car. The drive to the airport was very efficient. I was dropped off at a location that made it very easy to make my way to the appropriate terminal, through customs and security. Found my departure gate easily with plenty of time before my flight. I highly recommend Viator for this and other tour options they offer.

Good communication prior to pick up. We arrived on time and could not locate driver so we called. He had incorrect pick up time even though it was clearly noted in my instructions. He did help carry luggage once to our destination. The car service got us to where we needed to go. Would have been nice to arrive without any hassles
