A representative will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name and will escort you to your chauffeur and vehicle. Departure Transfer (Troia, Comporta or Carvalhal → Lisbon Airport) Your chauffeur will meet you at the main entrance of your hotel, resort, or private address at the scheduled pickup time. Please ensure the exact location details are provided at booking. For properties located in restricted-access areas or requiring ferry crossing (Troia), timing will be coordinated accordingly. Please provide an active mobile number (with country code) and accurate flight details to ensure smooth coordination.

This was super smooth and organized. Our pickup driver, Nelson, sent us a message with pictures of the meeting point and clear directions. When we arrived, he was waiting with a sign for us and walked us straight to the van parked nearby. The organizer also messaged in advance to confirm our pickup time for the return trip, which was just as smooth. If you're looking for a first class experience, I recommend this service.

We arrived at the airport and they weren't there. Mind you the fight was delayed so they should have had plant of time to get there. I called and the driver said he was going to be 45 minutes late. The did allow us to cancel and refunded us but this was the second unpleasant experience with this company.
We booked with them back in June and driver literally dropped us off at the airport and didn't help us with us bags and we were traveling with three small children.

For airport arrivals, we monitor flights in real time; however, on rare occasions, operational disruptions can impact immediate dispatch timing. In your case, once informed of the delay, we proceeded with a full cancellation and refund to avoid further inconvenience.
Regarding your previous trip in June, assisting passengers with luggage — especially when traveling with children — is part of our service standards. It is concerning to read your feedback, as this does not reflect the level of professionalism we expect from our chauffeurs.

I used this fantastic service for my roundtrip airport transportation in Lisbon. The driver was communicative, and texted me as soon as my flight landed. He provided me with very clear instructions on where to meet him after I received my luggage. We had an early departure flight, and our driver was waiting for us 15 mins before he was supposed to arrive. He communicated via text that he was ready to take us whenever we were ready. I appreciated the promptness and high level of communication (even at 04:00 AM) that we received with this service!

This was not advertised correctly as we were not picked up for our departure for an early morning flight. We contacted them 24 hours before to confirm. Our driver from the same company was charging us extra outside of the company to pick us up. Please do not call it round trip and mislead patrons.

The driver went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and he delivered us right to the hotel doorstep. The place was hard to find and he actually had to get out and ask for the building location, but it worked out great. For the return back to the airport, the driver did a great job getting us there early and dropping us off directly in front of the airline check-in.

First, our driver, who finally came after we were left and stranded, Vinny did an amazing job. Please read. He was our second driver. Our first driver Aman stranded our family of 6.
From the moment we arrived at the airport the experience was not good.
We had a gentleman named Aman we started to talk right when I got into customs. He was not nice and was not understanding of what we were going through in customs.
When we walked out of customs, I could not find the meeting point one I sent photos, and a video showing exactly where we were and still there was no help. He then informed me that he was leaving my family and then blocked my calls.
I was then forced to scramble to try and find an alternative route to get to our hotel. Thankfully someone from the company reached out to me and we had a second driver dispatched who was Vinny and he was great.
The company certainly did not do a good job of finding us nor communicating exactly where the meeting point was.
It makes perfect sense to the people that drive because they see this meeting point every day but as a new person in the country, it was very confusing.
Then for the return trip to the airport, there was zero communication. Since I had such a bad experience with them before I was very concerned about them coming to pick me up at 5 AM I sent several communications through chat and their help and customer support line and receive no response.
I was then forced to rent another mode of transportation to get to the airport, as you can imagine this is unnecessary stress and we will not be using this company again. We also pre-paid for that second trip which we were never able to use. Lost the money and confidence in Victor.

Before booking, check prices of taxi's or Uber's we were charged $134 for round trip transfers, first if we transfer was great, and if the second transfer was equal, I would not be writing this review. I spent the last day of our vacation just trying to confirm that we would have a driver pick us up at the hotel for an early flight, never heard from him until he was at the hotel. Prior to that we were informed our flight had been cancelled by the airlines, contacted Viator and asked if we could get ride for the following day, if not we would have to cancel. They cancelled, and our taxi ride from our hotel to the airport in a beautiful mercedes van only cost us $15. Not willing to refund 1/2 of the overpriced trip. Better just to get a taxi at the airport or hotel not worth the price.
