Captain Will was extremely friendly and made my sailing experience fantastic. I got to raise the sails, help with the lines and steer the boat. I had a great time and plan on doing it again in my next trip to San Francisco.

It was great! I had anticipated, what I would call, a traditional sailboat
I should have inquired more. It was difficult to see ahead because of the cabin. I also did not pay attention to the word interactive or whatever it was called. At 84, I'm not up to much hands on. Good thing my friend could steer occasionally, and I did get to pull the rope! Our captain Will was great. It was great fun.

I've always wanted to show my daughter what it feels like to sail... instead of motor boating and this tour perfectly captured that experience. Will is a great host as well.... we took turns steering the boat and working the lines. The boat glided thru the waters, and heeled a lot of times....it was exciting for everyone. SF is a great place to sail because there are so many things to look at. Towards the end, we sat at the front of the boat and Will took us along the sausalito downtown and coast... it was a great finish.
The boat was clean and big.... and safe! Highly recommended.

Sailing on a small sailboat has been on my “bucket list” for years and I was hoping that my excitement for this adventure would not fall short of my expectations and it definitely exceeded them.
Our sailing day was not the most ideal day due to some pretty gusty winds but Captain Will is obviously an extremely knowledgeable and experienced captain and we always felt safe and in good hands. Despite the heavy winds we were still able to be as hands on as we liked. He was very attentive as to how “daring” we wanted to be and if we were getting seasick at all or not. He even “buried the rail” a couple times for us; heeling to the point that the side rail dipped into the water.
We took lots of pictures and videos along the way but Captain Will made sure to get lots of pictures too and air dropped them all to us at the end of the ride.
If there’s one thing you really want to do in San Francisco THIS IS IT!

Capt’n Will is highly competent and well informed. His first priority is customer safety and satisfaction. His boat is Bristol fashion and very comfortable. You can participate in her operation if you so choose. It’s a good 2 hr experience for the novice or experienced sailor. I have more than 50 years of sailing experience and found this to be what I wanted to scratch sailing on SF Bay off my bucket list. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience sailing with Captain Will! We have paid for a “hands on” sailing experience in the past to be let down with minimal to no actual “hands on”. Will gave us opportunities to help hoisting the sail and our kids absolutely loved “driving” the boat! Will’s comfort level at the helm made us all at ease with the windy day and we would recommend this trip for anyone wanting a real sailing experience in the SF bay!

I booked this experience to celebrate my wife's birthday. Our captain was fantastic - he was friendly, engaging, and worked with me on the schedule time after I needed to shift our start time at the last minute. I really appreciated that flexibility. My wife's parents are Spanish speakers, so it was also an incredible surprise that our captain spoke fluent Spanish (as well as English obviously) so he could interact with her parents. He even let my wife's father steer the boat, which he loved. 10/10.

Will was great! This is truly an interactive sailing experience and he puts you to work helping with the sail and steering. See the golden state bridge, Alcatraz and sea lions bob their heads up while sailing!!! Book this before it sells out!!!

This was totally sailing. Everyone had the opportunity to participate in crewing the boat - but I got the lion’s share at the helm. Everyone enjoyed themselves and Will, the captain, was great. We’ll be coming back.

The sailing experience for two recreational boaters was fantastic . Our captain made us feel at home from the start ; from greeting us at the dock and walking us through the basics , to letting us feel a part of the crew. He gave us the option of the full sailing experience and also let us just be a part of the ride, tranquility with the water, and the wind . Being in the water identifying sea lions dolphins and seals was amazing . There is nothing like coming to a stand still on the bay, watching the sun behind the golden d gate bridge and feeling alive .

Will (our captain) was professional as well as very personable and fun. He has a great warm personality and sense of humour. Unfortunately the day we sailed was one of those very rare days when there was not a significant wind so our time actually sailing was curtailed a bit. But Will being the kind of guy he is, tacked on an additional hour of motoring and helped make it a memorable day in spite of the wind not cooperating for us.
I strongly recommend this tour for anyone considering a sail boat outing. Views as we passed under the golden gate were spectacular!

It was a fun interactive sailing experience where we learned a lot and even got to learn the nuances of sailing hands on. Will was a funny and knowledgeable captain. The boat was perfect for a party of four. Highly recommended for a beautiful day on the water!

Will (the skipper) was a great host who told engaging stories. We had an absolute blast sailing around the Bay. We ended up having the boat to ourselves as we were the only guests onboard and both of us ended up learning a lot about sailing and having fun at the same time! Highly recommend.

May 10yr old son and I had an incredible time enjoying the views from the Golden Gate and Bay Bridge in San Francisco. The highlight was definitely when he spotted dolphins jumping out of the water. It was such a relaxing and memorable way to take in the beauty of San Francisco Bay. Highly recommend this experience!

Captain Will make sure we had an excellent time. He was friendly and had lots of stories to tell us. He stressed safety so that we didn’t take a swim in the bay and he was an awesome instructor teaching us how to pilot the boat on a somewhat windy day. We went in the afternoon, which ended up being pretty awesome because we got a combination of super sunny on the Sausalito side and pretty cloudy vistas covering San Francisco. It was incredible, deceived the pelicans flyby the saltwater spray hitting our faces and the giant tankers all adding to the majesty of the Golden Gate Bridge.
