When paying for parking 7 couples including us couldn't find an event code to get the $20 discount. So we had to pay $40 to park. Once we got on board everything was awesome especially the beautiful smile and greeting we received from Cheryl. Big Thank You to Her.

Continuous barrage of extremely loud dance music. Too cold and windy to go outside. Other decks closed off.

Horrible!!!!! Already called and made a complaint this morning. We didn't get what we paid for! When making the reservation, it clearly said a buffet dinner. Said to arrive at 7:00 to board departing at 7:30.
Boat left at 7:00 and returned at 9:15 when our reservation specified a 10:30 return. We didn't receive a buffet, rather a premire dinner service w/limited options of 4 choices. Salmon, Gnocchi, Flat Iron Steak or Chicken. Appetizers were a choice of a Charcoutere Board, Clam Chowder or an Apple salad. I'm highly allergic to seafood so that knocked out the Salmon and Clam Chowder. I don't eat salad! The Steak came with Broccoli and Sweet Potatoes which I also don't eat so I requested the Scalloped Potatoes offered w/another entree. They didn't put the demi glaze on my Steak, I had to request that. They brought me Sweet Potatoes rather then Scalloped as requested. The DJ was asking for requests but couldn't complete them due to the boat returning over an hr early. People had just gotten their dessert as the boat docked. This was for our anniversary and NOTHING was what we paid for!!!!! POOR experience. NO reason for the boat to leave early by 30 min or return over an hr early! I paid over $300 for this night and it was ruined!!!!! I want a FULL refund and WILL spread the word to others of the poor service provided!

Friendly staff, good food and cruise boat was clean and tidy. Music was a bit loud during dinner, but did go above deck for a while to enjoy the great views.

Don’t deal with Viator if you can keep from it. Or with City Cruises. We came in from Illinois to San Francisco for a weekend before we caught our cruise ship out of San Francisco. Our first flight on Friday morning went without a hitch. Our second flight was supposed to have us in San Francisco by 1:30. Plenty of time to make a 7pm city cruise that we had booked through Viator. But, unfortunately our flight kept getting delayed. I count us lucky that we even made it to San Francisco. I reached out to City Cruises first to see if they would allow us to move our city cruise to Saturday night. They told me that because I booked through Viator that there was nothing they could do. So I reached out to Viator to see if they could move us to Saturday night. They said no because City Cruises wouldn’t allow it. Basically pointing fingers at each other. I do not recommend either of these businesses. I know it isn’t their fault that American Airlines chose to suck on Friday. But they chose to suck also. Either one could have been gracious and allowed us to change our tickets but, instead they chose to be uncooperative and not helpful at all. Wasn’t asking for a refund. Just a change of days. Will never use either again. Hard no from me.

The dinner cruise at night 7:30pm to 10:30pm is a must for anyone who hasn’t done it yet and if you have done it I’m sure your like my wife & I who will be going on the same dinner cruise again with our 3 college kids. The food was Amazing, the DJ was Awesome & the sites were out of this world from viewing the city of San Francisco from the cruise ship to going under the Golden Gate Bridge & Bay Bridge at night and making a stop at the San Francisco Giants stadium while the game was in progress was a site within itself. The food was delicious & so was the many desserts plus the drinks at the bar was nice & strong to make your memories on the Bay lifetime memories, make sure you bring your camera because there are unique & mesmerizing sites that would be enjoyed forever if you capture them with a good camera at nighttime.

I really love the sunset, the food was delicious and the dj was grater, i enjoy all, just arrive before 7pm because say birding 7 and start 7:30 but really they live 7pm so arrive around 6:30.

It was an enjoyable dinner cruising with my daughter and family who are visiting us from Delaware and to celebrate my 68th birthday. We had a blast on the dance floor and the DJ is good on the playlist. The foods are sumptuous. It could be better if they served more selections on desserts. the cakes and cookies are dried and not soft. Overall we had a wonderful time on the beautiful sites of the city.

Really enjoyed the experience..trainer was great. Only down side is I am pretty sure that I lost a solid black wedding band with a feoove in the center of it somewhere in the lane I was in. Which is kind of a bummer.

We were not overly impressed with this tour. The meal was served as soon as the cruise started. There was no time to enjoy a cocktail before your meal. The meal was cold. Emphasis was more on the dancing than it was on the dinner. There was no explanation or commentary on what sites we were saying. Overall a disappointment. It was however a lovely venue. Too bad. The event wasn’t more enjoyable.

The DJ was on point. I wish I had a chance to get his information before disembarking because he would have been highly recommended by me, in fact he still is. The only drawback for me was my trying to balance myself on the dance floor while the boat was rocking. But like I said, that's just me, everyone else was oblivious to it. Overall, I had a wonderful, wonderful time. The staff was so friendly and very attentive to make sure you get everything you wanted and needed. The event director was like a head chef who took the time to step out of his kitchen to make sure the customers are satisfied. We made friends, we danced the night away, we had a very good time. Definitely would like to do this again. I would like to thank the entire crew for making sure our needs were met and to the Captain who got us out to the Bay and back safely.

The food was wonderful with awesome views. I wish the ticket would have told me there was parking on Pier 3 or even better raised the ticket price and include parking. Also, Another, group was allowed access to the boat first. My ticket should not state starts boarding at 7:30! That is when the first group boarded. It should accurately reflect when my group will board 7:45 !!!!
