The guide Grady was awesome. In several tours, the trip to the attraction is pretty boring but the guide was awesomely knowledgeable and had a very interesting story every minute of the trip. The wineries were great and the tastings were generous. Great tour!

This was a very good tour. The bus was comfortable and the driver was engaging and gave good information about all of the landmarks in the city. The wineries were good, and we spent enough time at both to have a good experience, and purchase wine if we wanted
We enjoyed the 1/2 day wine tour to Sonoma & Napa Valley. Both wineries offered excellent wines and shared tips for enjoying wine. If you like sweet wines, ask for them so you can enjoy the tour too.
Our driver was excellent. He told interesting stories and kept us entertained. The host at Madonna’s winery was awesome and the wines were delicious, especially the Rose and Moscat. Glad we only did the half day tour because that was enough tastings for us. The second vineyard had nice ambience but we did not enjoy the wines as much as the ones from Madonna.
Such a great tour.
Recommend for a nice drive and wine tasting.
Both wineries were excellent.
Very knowledgeable.
This was a great tour. We visited 2 wineries and our driver was also great. Highly recommended!!! AAA+++

Thank you for sharing your experience!
The bus was hot and uncomfortable. First winery explained alot but the place was not very relaxing. The second winery didn’t explain alot but was very nice and relaxing. Too long of trip.

Sonoma was peaceful and so beautiful. Napa was gorgeous too but they have cats on the property. So if you’re not a cat lover, this could ruin it for you.

Thank you for sharing your experience!
Bus ride was way to long. We also had to stop and pick up more people. No bathroom on the bus for an hour and a half trip!

Mr.Grady was out tour guide and was very very informative and a nice guy. We had some traffic issues that caused us to be late for our tour. I would advise doing this escursion during the week not on a Friday 7/10 like I did. Also, 2 wineries were visited and I like wines on the sweeter side Madonna Estate had only one sweet which was 2024 Estate Muscat Canelli. I did like that one and the second winery Ruvango had no sweet wines to taste, they could create something sweet for an additional $10. There were no snacks like cheese, crackers to go along with the wines you are tasting. You could purchase a chateurie type tray for an additional charge disappointed 😞 basically the cost covers the travel from San Francisco to Sonoma and Napa.
Grady was an amazing tour guide! We had a wonderful experience. Would recommend this trip to anyone wanting a relaxing, fun wine-tasting experience!
This half day trip offered plenty of the Wine Country experience. We were afraid that we would be rushed with it being a half day, but we were wrong! We were very satisfied with the trip and both of the wineries. We were educated about our tastings, given enough time to enjoy it, and able to explore each vineyard at our leisure.
Two great wineries where staff were excellent.
Patrick our guide was absolutely wonderful!! Great knowledge
fabulous. Knowledgeable hosts at the wineries. We enjoyed it. Driver was great and very safe.
Absolutely recommend it
10/10 from beginning to the end of the drive, the humor and attention of the driver, a great group of people, educational, beautiful, amazing weather, and left with two bottles of wine haha! A great way to spend a birthday!
It's nice you learn about wine. There is also a tour of the city on your way there. The driver is very informative of the city.
Patrick is as excellent tour guide/motorcoach driver. He was very knowledgeable and got us to our destination on time in spite of the rain and traffic.
Excellent trip to the wineries. Transportation vehicle needs new shocks. Physical ride was horrible. Driver was great, winery hosts were great.
It was a great way to spend time. Everywhere we went was a friendly experience. Recommend to solo travelers
There’s a little bit of driving based on traffic but overall a great experience. I went with a few family members for their birthday while we were in SF for a short trip. We had an older family member who wouldn’t be able to stand for a long time so this was a good mix of the Napa experience with some time in the day to still do other things.
Very clean transportation, very friendly tour guide. Also, very prompt. Wineries were very nice and informative about their product.
Good wine. Good tour. Good driver. But holy the bus needs new shocks. I think the seat went thru me at one point
Great small group experience. Our driver, Grady, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this 1/2 day trip.
The wineries were a perfect pair and Grady was an amazing tour guide. So personable, knowledgeable and kind. We brought a lunch with us and it was perfect. Make sure you have something to eat with you.
As a local living in San Francisco, I appreciated how stress-free this tour made visiting Napa — no need to worry about logistics or driving, everything was taken care of, which made for a relaxed experience. Visiting two wineries felt just right for a half-day trip — enough variety without feeling rushed or overly tipsy (three might have been too much) — though I do wish we had an extra 15–20 minutes at each stop to linger longer. The tour includes a 24-hour bus pass, which I haven’t used yet, and the instructions on when and how to activate it weren’t super clear, but customer service responded quickly and assured me I could use it later, which was helpful. I initially thought the price was a bit steep for a half-day tour, but assuming I’m able to successfully use the 24-hour bus pass (planning to do so in a few weeks), it actually seems like a pretty good deal. All in all, a smooth and enjoyable way to spend a relaxed day in wine country without any hassle.
The first winery, Madonna, was great. The guide was interesting and the wines were good. The second winery, Ru Vango, allowed us a better view and some interesting artwork but I didn’t care for the wine.
We had a very nice time very punctual and safe driver.
We had a very difficult time getting the bus driver to stop for a bathroom break after the wineries. The drive home took longer than expected. He wouldn’t unlock the bathroom door in the bus and it took me 3-4 tries to convince him stop. There were multiple people who needed to use the restroom.
The wine tour overall was average. The bus driver, however, was excellent. She shared interesting history about San Francisco, pointed out landmarks along the way, and even made an extra stop on the return trip so everyone could capture great photos with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background.
Our first stop, Madonna Estate Winery, was a highlight. The host was knowledgeable, answered questions thoroughly, and was very generous with the wine samples.
Unfortunately, our second stop at Ru Vanga Winery was less enjoyable. Our group had to wait about 15 minutes before the tour began, as they were running behind. The host seemed unprepared and surprised to be leading our group. Her presentation was underwhelming, focusing heavily on the history of the owner rather than providing meaningful information about the wines, winemaking process, or unique characteristics of what we were tasting. She even made a disparaging remark about the previous owners, which felt unprofessional.
With a different host, the Ru Vanga experience could certainly improve, but as it stands, it fell short of expectations.
This was a great way to see the wineries. We were a little surprised we went to Napa since we signed up for a trip to Sonoma. The wineries were beautiful, there could be more simultaneous wine tasting while the guides are talking. Our driver was also very kind and friendly! Although, a little overstimulating at times during the bus ride with lots of speaking. Overall a fun way to experience wine country.
We had an enjoyable time on the wine tour. It was a nice ride in an air conditioned bus with an amusing driver. We visited two different vineyards and tried several different wines. There was no hard sale tactics, just a genuine imparting of knowledge regarding the wines we tried. The folks at each vineyard were lovely!
