Tour was closed. I paid $40 in Uber fees for get there and find out the location is close. Bars on door and no one answering the phone

The representative from Viator was most helpful in giving us directions to the start of the tour and where to park once we got there. Excellent service. The tour was good, but we got stranded at the south point of the Golden Gate Bridge for about an hour. Should have been a 15 to 20 wait, but no buses appeared. We called the tour company and were kept on hold for 26 minutes, so that is not a recourse when looking to be picked up. Finally, they came and took us to the north point and we have to wait 25 minutes to get back on the bus to the city tour. From that point on, I did not enjoy the tour. Up until that point, it was good.

The bus tour overall was very good, I have one complaint, and that is the ticketing processwhich I have already emailed commented about and have had no response, the tour I purchased included a night tour,, a Sausalito tour and a GG Park tour, there was a tiny piece of paper attached to the receipt that clearly stated such, however the receipt itself did not, it only stated there were 2 bus lines that did not include the line for the park tour, the park tour driver argued with us, said the trip wasn't included pointing out it wasn't on the receipt, I insisted that it was because o the attached piece o paper, the driver finally let us on after I insisted upon calling the ticketing office ,which would delay the bus....not good!.
