We enjoyed all the knowledge that was shared with us while on the tour! We didn’t really know what was at each stop to get off and see so that could be better explained! Also, the Chinatown tour was not explained or tell me where to meet. The overall experience was great!!

My tour through San Francisco was wonderful. I was able to see so much more than I would have been able to had I just been on foot. I also loved the tidbits of information that I got from the recorded part of the tour.

Overcrowded, the air conditioning did not work. (And they knew that) No accommodation for hearing impaired. Recorded message largely about where movies were made, little history. On and offs were difficult due to lack of seats and uncertain times. Wasted money.

What a great way to get around and see the city. We had a two day pass and a night tour. Raphael the night driver was particularly great - it was well worth doing that tour as we got some great sunset pics from Treasure Island.
Really well organised and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I found this not worth the money. Do one of the other tours. The movie sightseeing tour was much better and I found out a lot more information about San Fran than I did on the open top bus. A lot of stops were not manned by staff so unless u knew where they were they could be hard to find.

On Viator it says the buses run from 8:30 am- 6 pm. We were also supposed to get an email to redeem our voucher. When we meet a guy at the pier, no email was sent and he could not find our voucher. We had to go to the store where they were able to find our voucher information and was told we can hop on any bus. We waited at one stop from 9-9:30 am and another stop from 9:45-10:30 NO BUS. The tours leave station one at 11 am everyday. And the last bus leaves at 5 pm. Info on site was wrong. However the bus tour was good and had a lot of information.

Not a lot to see from the bus only had one nice driver that set us up with a great restaurant Ticket agent was nasty wouldn’t give us separate tickets. Just another gray line mess up

If you have a last minute emergency like I did and you have to cancel, they won't refund your money. These tours are everywhere. It's best to buy while you're there and not in advance.

You can see many nice places from the top of the bus. We used it 2 days to see China Town, Golden Gate Park, Lombard Street, Golden Gate Bridge and Pier 39. I love San Franscico.

I thought it was only going to be a hour tour but very pleased it
Lasted over 2 hours went over the golden bridge very windy and chilly so bring a coat reall recommend this tour buses run every 10 minutes

We never got our tickets from this place on line. So don’t order from vistor.com. For the best g red bus tour. I spent 250.00. And never got the tickets from viator. Had to purchase them again at the big red bus place. I even called them. With no help so does order from them.

It would be nice if the buses would run until 6:00 pm. We would have liked using the buses going back to our hotel closed to Union Square.
