We had a wonderful cooking workshop in a stunning location with an incredible view over Florence. The setting was truly breathtaking and added something special to the whole experience. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy every moment. We were introduced to Italian cuisine in a very culinary and authentic way, while also getting a fun glimpse into the passionate temperament of the Italians. We were a great group, sharing the experience with David, John, and Eric together with their partners and children, which made it even more enjoyable and social. Overall, it was a memorable experience that perfectly combined food, culture, and a beautiful setting.

Doing this class gave us some time to sit down and relax. The instructor we had was humorous, knowledgeable, and patient. It made the experience first class. Although I did not know anyone in our group (had my wife and son) everyone was friendly and at the end we were all having a blast together; singing and laughing while we whisked the dessert. In addition if you like wine, they do offer you some after you make your pasta. This has made our experience memorable. I guess it’s true, it does taste better when you make your own food!.

Fun and informative cooking class!

We gathered for a glass of prosecco and introductions to start. First we learned how to make and assemble tiramisu - simple yet precise. Then we made and kneaded pasta dough. We stretched the dough through a pasta machine then made 3 shapes - ravioli, tortellone, and tagliatelle. Our instructor, Joanna, was fun, energetic and positive. She gave great tips throughout and praised us, even when our shapes didn't turn out quite right. 😄 We enjoyed a hearty lunch of each pasta with a complimentary sauce. The wine tasting option was great, as we tasted new varieties of wines that paired well with the pastas. Overall an excellent experience - highly recommend!

This experience was way above our expectations. We joined our host Barbara in her lovely home where she was waiting for us with a prepped kitchen and a smile. Best experience in Italy

Of all the things we did on our two week trip to Italy, this ranks as the best. Silvia cared for every detail and was ready for us at arrival. Her knowledge of the Italian cuisine was great and she shared so much information with us, not to mention wine 😊. While we weren’t exactly sure what to expect, all 10 of us left fulfilled and grateful. We are going to mimic this experience with our family back home and make a day of it. This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The farm was easy to find and we felt welcome immediately. Our instructor, Fulvio, was warm and friendly and has an incredible knowledge of Tuscan cuisine, as well as many other world cuisines. All of the dishes we prepared, we not only learned the how of it, but why certain ingredients are used and how to use them. The class size is limited; we only had 5 in our class. And everything was delicious, enjoyed with good wine, and some wonderful companions! No matter your level of cooking experience, you will enjoy this class. Highly recommend!

Great experience buying and making authentic Italian food. We made lasagna from scratch including the pasta layers and ragu sauce. We also made Tiramasu from scratch. Great Afternoon Learning to Make Pasta

Great experience learning to make pasta with Sebastien. He met us nearby his apartment and we went back and learned a lot about making pasta. As a Venetian, he had interesting insights on the city and cooking. He has a beautiful redone kitchen with spectacular views of the canal which made the experience even more special. I would recommend this tour to any one interested in cooking and looking for something a little different in Venice.
