We had the pleasure of participating in a cooking class in Siena today, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.
Under the guidance of our knowledgeable instructors, we learned to prepare several authentic Italian dishes: fresh pici pasta, delicate ravioli, light and fluffy gnocchi, and a classic tiramisu for dessert. The hands-on portion allowed us to engage directly with traditional techniques, which made the session both educational and enjoyable.
What truly elevated the class was the thoughtful service afterward. The team skillfully cooked all the dishes we had prepared and served them to us with excellent local wine. It was wonderful to experience the full cycle of making and then savoring true Italian food in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Siena who wishes to immerse themselves in the rich culinary heritage of Italy. The combination of learning, creating, and enjoying these exceptional dishes created memories that will last long after our trip. Thank you for a truly memorable and enriching afternoon.
A sincere five-star experience. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Siena.

We had an amazing time in this class and learned so much! From the moment we arrived, the staff and instructors made us feel so welcome, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
The time flew by while we were making the pasta, and the wait for it to be cooked was absolutely worth it because it was hands down the best pasta we've ever had! We got to make three different types of pasta, and our favorite was the tagliatelle, so be sure to save room for that... and for the delicious tiramisu at the end.
This was one of the highlights of our time in Siena, and we couldn't recommend it more. 100000% recommended!

The class was great! Learned a lot but the fun part was eating all the fresh pasta, ravioli and tortellini!! It was super delicious!!!!! I highly recommend!! We are so glad we did it!!

Joanna was a fantastic teacher and so much fun. Great family activity with my 20-year old sons. They enjoyed the class and then eating (of course).

As a family of 4 adults with mixed ability in the kitchen,
we all looked forward to this course.
The venue is lovely and easy to get to.
As we started a little late in a group of 14, our chef seemed under pressure to make up the time so it was very rushed and frantic! Instructions were poor at times so our experience in making pasta was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.
We did however get to sit down with our group who were lovely afterwards and enjoy the home cooked ravioli, tortellini and spagetti followed by tiramisu!
It is worth doing if you like cooking and work well under pressure.

Our family of 6 including a baby had the best time! We also had a ten year old. We highly recommend this tour!

We really enjoyed this experience! We liked that it was right in the heart of Siena so didn’t have to arrange any travel. Food turned out excellent and we can’t wait to try the recipes at home!

The experience was fine, but they had prepared so many things before we got there that it really wasn’t a cooking class. Could’ve been friendlier in terms of asking people where they were from, could’ve given a drink of water when we arrived. Just not that gracious. But food was good and good value when compared to other classss that are twice the price.

There’s no “welcome”, people just begin before everyone is there. No introduction, no get to know each other. The location was somewhere else than advertised, we had asked if we could come with a pram and didn’t get a response, and the acoustics in the room are so bad that you can’t really follow well. For me, the table I had to work on was unstable and rocked around dangerously. My station also didn’t have the pasta cutter so I had to ask somebody else if I could use theirs. It’s all a bit weird and hectic. However, the food and wine at the end is first class.

Total Group Size was a little larger than I expected - made it hard to hear the 2 instructors at times. Good hands-on fun. Would have liked a printed copy of our recipes. They provided a QR code but I couldn’t get a strong enough cell signal in the old building to check it. Lunch was fun but too long. Everyone was finished dining but no one cam to check on us. Finally they brought out our tiramisu and we were able to wrap up and leave. Great location in Siena. Fun instructors.

This was such a fun experience! Our instructor was amazing, personable and knowledgeable and we learned some great tips and techniques. The cooking space was light, bright and wonderful. It was so fun to eat our pasta and tiramisu at dinner afterwards. Our family of 7 adults had a great time. We highly recommend this class!

We had the most wonderful time learning how to cook Pasta and Tiramisu. Our chef was super friendly and made it such an enjoyable experience. Eating the pasta and tiramisu afterwards was equally as enjoyable. Highly recommend, great value

The facility was clean and very beautiful. Our cooking instructor had us a little rushed, I think she had another class soon after our 10:30 am class. I would recommend this class, it was fun and delicious to eat!

Incredible experience from start to finish! Joanna was an excellent teacher and a lot of fun! Knowing we were eating our creations afterwards made lunch that much more special. Highly recommend!

The experience was fun and our teachers were great. A great time in a great restaurant. You don't have to be a good cook for a good time
Michelle_A, May 2026
Super fun! Very well organized once you got to the restaurant! I think we could have saved time if we put our own chef’s hat and apron instead of having it done for us one by one!
But our lead pasta chefs both spoke clear English to understand and very helpful and encouraging of my skills!
We made 3 different pastas and Tiramasu to later eat together at their restaurant which was nicely set! It was really delicious and the pasta and sauce was really good! Tiramasu was also yummy!
Highly recommend this activity!

Staff is excellent. The small group was perfect and our pasta and tiramisu was delicious. Only disappointment was we didn’t make the sauces.
Cynthia_G, May 2026
We made ravioli, tortelli, tagliatelle and tiramisu. Joanna was wonderful. Thank you.
Warm regards
Joe, Jody, and Cynthia

Lots of hands in learning in a fun and friendly environment. And delicious to eat after. Ask, the chef will answer all your questions.

Joanna was fantastic and guided us through the entire process. We enjoyed her and the class very much.
Sue_C, May 2026
The best experience we had a family with 3 year old. The class was intimate and so fun for the little one, not to mention delicious! Would do it again and recommend to our loved ones!
Poliana_Z, May 2026
The experience was a deception. First of all, the group was huge (even that in the announcement it was saying small) - 24 people for a cooking class? Second, to gain time, as the group was immense, they did almost everything in the “backstage”, the only steps we interacted with was mixing the ingredients for the pasta and shaping the pasta. Third, it felt really commercial and nothing close to traditional.
Liselotte_P, May 2026
Nice class with different types of pasta to make from scratch, with a dinner afterwards to taste and toast. Would recommend!
Jill_W, May 2026
Cool place and lovely instructor. Food was delicious! The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that they didn't give us the recipes, which we all wanted! 😞
Benjamin_M, May 2026
An extremely rushed and stressful experience. We ended up making 3 pastas and a dessert. We rushed around had a hard time hearing the instructor because how big the class was and how fast she went and just felt very rushed. Dinner turned out tasty but we never were told how to cook the pasta nor how to make the sauce. We prepared maybe 30 % of everything instead of being taught how to actually cook it. After dinner I wasn't even able to finish my dessert as it was picked up before I had an opportunity to finish it. I would recommend looking for a smaller more private cooking class if you desire to truly learn how to cook the meal and enjoy the experience.
Ajay_A, May 2026
The instructor was not well conversant in English and hence not clear at all. More than 50% of the prep work was done before and hence you do not know the whole process. There was a sense of "rushing" through the class.
Lynda_R, May 2026
Really fun experience, chef was engaging and funny. Made 3 different pastas and tiramisu. Once finished they take you next door to the restaurant to cook up the pasta and serve you. There was a glass of prosecco on arrival and plenty of red wine with lunch! Highly recommend
Rhonda_E, May 2026
It was a lot of fun with great instruction on how to make the pasta.
It did take a little longer to get the food at the end, but we were not in a rush. It was about 4 hours in total.
