Me and my fiance had a wonderful time at this cooking class. Our host was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with teaching us how to make tortellini from scratch. This was the time we have ever done a cooking class, and won’t be our last. Doing this at a locals house made the experience more authentic. The food was amazing and our host even provided us with wine and dessert. This is the perfect experience for a couple for a few friends who want to immerse themselves in Italian culture.

Donatella was the most wonderful and gracious host. We had so much fun and my wife was laughing the entire time. The food was wonderful and the instruction on how to make the pasta was fantastic. We highly recommend this class. It was so memorable to dine with locals and get a real feel for Florence and Italy. Can't say enough about how great this experience was for us.

This experience surpassed my expectations. The host provided detailed and caring pasta making instructions in her private kitchen. The views from her estate enhanced the experience. This is a must do for couples or families with teenage and adult children.

If you are in Florence and want to take a cooking class- we cannot recommend Cesarine enough for a private course. You must request Ivana! Her home was not far from the city center and she and her husband could not have been more welcoming into their beautiful home! Ivana is an incredible teacher and we made 3 types of homemade pasta. She is patient, a great conversationalist and went above and beyond to make our experience so special! This class was truly one of the highlights of our honeymoon in Italy and we cannot thank Ivana and Vincent enough for welcoming us into their home!
