This tour was one of the highlights of my time in Florence. Our Italian guide was absolutely exceptional. Her depth of knowledge transformed what could have been a simple sightseeing experience into a fascinating journey through the history, art, architecture, and culture of Florence. She expertly explained the evolution of the Duomo’s façade, the symbolism and artistry inside the cathedral, and the incredible details of Vasari’s frescoes within the dome. What impressed me most was her ability to answer questions thoughtfully and provide historical context that went far beyond the typical tour script. By the time we reached the terraces and the top of the dome, she was identifying Florence’s most important landmarks and explaining their significance, helping us understand how the city developed over the centuries. Equally important, she genuinely cared about every guest in the group. This tour involves moving between multiple locations and climbing a significant number of stairs, yet she made sure everyone stayed together, felt comfortable, and had opportunities to ask questions throughout the experience. If you’re visiting Florence and want more than just a ticket to the Duomo, this tour is absolutely worth it. The Uffizi was fantastic and our guide explained the two paintings of Venus beautifully. We did have a very long wait at the start to something technical which was annoying. Fabulous Tour! The pick-up location was easy. The Tour operators were easy to spot and checking in was efficient and fast. The sound equipment was very helpful with keeping our group together. Our knowledgable tour guide had us effortlessly move through the early morning crowds of people who surrounded David. We had many opportunities to take photos and still listen to her give a history of David, the other sculptures and artwork. Our VIP climb to the terrace was special. While others in our group climbed to the top of the dome, we chose to go back down and see the Crypt instead. Our lovely tour guide helped guide us to do the latter. Highly recommend this tour!

Great wine tasting experience in a beautiful setting. David our host was very friendly and knowledgable. The only down side it was over €30 in a taxi to get there from Lucca because of this we planned to get a bus back but the next one was a 40min wait so we ended up getting a taxi back too. Possibly our fault for not planning better but something to bear in mind .

This was hands down my favorite experience in all of Italy. Our truffle hunter guide was so knowledgeable and friendly and we loved our truffle hunter Lily. She was the best girl. The atmosphere of the winery and vineyard was so picturesque and exactly what you wanted to find in Tuscany. Hands down would do it again in a heart beat. The lunch and wine was also the best we’ve had in Italy. I highly highly recommend it!

We booked this the same day in the morning and I have to say that it was an exceptional experience. Our host was very knowledgeable, fun and informative. At no moment were we rushed through the tour, tasting or our stay at the vineyard. Tasting was accompanied with bread and was just out of this world.
