This was the best day ever! We cooked 4x dishes (1x appetiser, 2x pasta, 1x dessert) and these were paired with 3 wines, plus we had a 4th wine while we cooked!
Cooking and having lunch overlooking the winery was magical! The castle/fortress tour was also super informative and really enjoyable!
Gaia was our hostess for cooking and she was AMAZING! Alice was our tour guide for the castle and she was FANTASTIC too!
We had the best time celebrating a birthday here! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Wow. This was an excellent experience! Well worth the value. Our chef was Kat and she was fantastic. The castle is stunning and the view… truly have no other words except EXCEPTIONAL. Book it!

We learned so much about how to make tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisu and how to replicate the experience in our own homes thanks to Cat! Cat was the best guide through this experience, we couldn’t have asked for a better chef!
The setting is out of this world in a cute little kitchen overlooking the valley. Catherine (the cook) was kind, fun and helpful as we brought a (7) kids w us!!

The cooking class, tour of the winery, castle and celler was amazing! One of our favorite experiences in Italy as a family. It was so much fun, even our teenage boys enjoyed. We prepared a dessert and two pasta dishes. Although I am an experienced cook, I had never made fresh pasta and it was a great introduction. We sampled some wines while cooking and were served seveal kinds on wine durring the lunch. We dined outside with the beautiful Tuscsn landscape in the background. It was a perfect way to spend thr afternoon!

We had a great time at this cooking experience. We were greeted by Alice who gave us an informative tour of the castle and the winery. She was so kind and interested in sharing as well as answering any of our questions. The cooking part of our day was great. Yummy wine and fun Italian music was the perfect start to our lesson with Cat. We worked together with another family to create two kinds of pasta as well as tiramisu. While making, rolling and cutting our pasta, we were treated to a beautiful view out of the windows. After we completed our pasta, we sat down together to a lovely lunch (feeling proud to have made it ourselves) with more delicious wine. It was a fantastic way to immerse ourselves in the Tuscan life! Thank you for a fun day for our group.
A true taste of Tuscany. The property was stunning and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Cat was our chef and she was great. Patient, enthusiastic and simplified the art of making pasta.

Wonderful is how I would describe this. Chef Alexandra was so engaging and made this experience exceptional. We enjoyed the classic farmhouse setting and the small group (eight) class. We definitely learned the basics and some great tips for making pasta, and had a wonderful time relaxing on the terrace enjoying our food, with wine, afterwards. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to the Tuscany area.
We have wanted to do an experience like this for years, so it really was a dream come true, and feel so lucky we did it here as everything about the day was perfect. The team was so welcoming upon arrival and we had a tour of the castle, grounds and winery which was very informative. Next we were taken to start our cooking class, the kitchen was really well set out and the views were absolutely spectacular. Our group was 6 people my Husband, our 2 sons (age 22 and 16yrs) myself and then 2 other ladies who had travelled from Texas. Our Chef Jacomo was knowledgeable, professional and fun, he helped us create a 4 course meal, we learnt so much and we all worked together and individually to create the dishes, which we enjoyed afterwards outside with views of the castle and vineyard were Jacomo paired the dishes he had expertly helped us to create with different wines. I cannot recommend this experience enough it was the highlight of our trip and something we will all remember for years it was above and beyond my expectations, definitely a dream come true. Thank You Jacomo and all the team that made this the perfect day.
My sisters and I attended the cooking class with Alexandra and it was so much fun. We met some great people and learned a lot.
We had an amazing afternoon on this tour. We arrived and had a brief tour of the castle and wine making areas, and then the real fun started with the cooking class. Adriana was such a fun chef, she was kind and funny and taught us a lot about making two types of pasta, and tiramisu! We worked and sipped in and then sat down outside at a table with the group, where we tried several wines and ate the most delicious food. This was the highlight of our Tuscany visit! Well worth the price!

This was my favorite experience in two weeks of excellent tours in Tuscany and Rome. Alessandra was such a warm and charming host and teacher with a lovely sense of humor. The view was beautiful, the pasta easy to make following her clear directions and tiramisu was the best! Paired with the wines grown in the vineyards below, from start to finish we all had a grand time! Highly recommend fitting this into your trip!
Amazing Experience! There was so much food and wine that we left uncomfortably full but happy. The recipes were simple to make and delicious. The chef was very friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and fun to cook with.
Learn the chemistry of cooking with the flare and ambience of a winery in front of us. What a wonderful time! We shared in rolling, cutting and making our pasta. Wow never did this before. Wanna have some fun with your sweetheart? You gotta take this tour and, Alexandra is a movie star in the making. She is an Amazing chef with so much style and zest. This was our favorite activity of our entire 2 week Italy honeymoon trip. The grounds are stunning, & the views are impeccable. Our chef, Mateo, led our cooking class and he was a 10/10. Knowledgeable, talented, fun. My husband & I received a winery tour + had a private cooking class and we made bruschetta, ravioli, tortellini, & tiramisu. So good & so fun. With the meal, we tasted 3 wines, and I’m telling you - Montalcino wine was our absolute favorite the entire trip. A MUST DO experience in Tuscany

This was an absolutely amazing experience. We are traveling in a group of six married couples celebrating our 40th birthdays. The castle is a quiet dream originally constructed in the 1200s a top a hill overlooking the Tuscan hills and vineyard. You can see Montalcino a few miles away on its hilltop as well. The cooking class is in a small rustic building with gorgeous windows overlooking the winery. A mom and daughter team led our cooking class, starting with tiramasu, beef and pasta, while being served Persecco. We had lunch outside on a terrace where we were served their delicious wine. This has been the highlight of our two week holiday in Italy so far. After the lunch, we had our driver take us to the quiet village of Montalcino.
Our cooking instructor was wonderful, and very patient! The view for cooking and the meal was amazing.

What a lovely day! The cooking class and vineyard tour were a wonderful break from touring sites. The setting was beautiful, and Alexandra ran an entertaining and informative class, not to mention tasty! She did a great job at working with everyone in the group and explaining everything clearly. It was lighthearted and fun.
Niccolò transported us from Siena, which we so appreciated. He found something in the van that one of my friends left and thoughtfully let us know.
The whole day was a really relaxing experience. Having lunch after the class felt a little decadent. The food, the setting, the wine. My only advice would be to pour the Brunello a little more generously. That said, there was ample wine throughout.
We took this tour and cooking class with 'Tours of Tuscany' and our entire group agreed it was a top moment of our entire Italy trip! The property where you take the class is one of a kind; a historic building and winery in the heart of the Brunello di Montalcino region. We had a nice tour of the property and the wine cellar which was a great introduction to the region. The cooking class itself was a perfect experience. The chef, Alexandra was so friendly, personable, and made every moment fun! The food was exquisite, as we made a tuscan ragu, tagliatelle, spinach ravioli, and tiramasu. All the recipes are authentic as the owners are from the area. We not only made some delicious food but picked up some cooking tips we will take back home with us. The grand finale of the tour was a luxurious lunch on the breathtaking terrace where we got to share our creations and enjoy a whole lot of the delicious Brunello di Montalcino wine. They even offered to pick us up in a nice van and transport us from our hotel in Florence for a reasonable rate. Our driver Nicolai was friendly, professional, and made the trip even more fun! I would recommend this tour as a top priority to anyone visiting northern Italy!
