Professional and courteous

Gabrielle was prompt, knowledgeable about the area, and ver accommodating. I got sick through the winding roads and he was so kind and helpful. His van was immaculate. He even made an exception for us to be able to stay longer in Florence than initially contracted for extra Euro. This enabled us to keep out tickets to the Uffizi and explore the city a bit more.

Amazing day in Pisa and Florence.

Amazing Day! It was perfect for someone with some mobility challenges because we got very close to the city center. There was time for some people in our group to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa. A very knowledgeable guide met us in Florence and was able to walk slowly yet show us everything and was incredibly knowledgeable. I recommend the extra cost to see the David. Our driver was super nice and pointed out many important sights and told us everything we were seeing and answered any questions we had. It was a wonderful experience. I definitely want to visit this area again!

Customer Service Over and Beyond

We went on the Shore Emotions tour with Igna and Elena. They were the best! My sister in law was walking with a cane and could not move around Florence. Igna and Elena quickly organized to get us on a taxi which took us around the major sites. We even had time to get lunch and back to the bus in due time. Customer Service at its prime.

Great tour from our cruise ship. The shuttle dropped us off at the Municipal square right where the tour guides are waiting. So easy! Our guide, Valerie, was fantastic. The tour was basically a drive to Pisa and a short walk about 20 minutes from the tour bus parking to the Pisa tower square, and then a couple of hours of free time to explore the tower and magnificent church and other buildings and have a bite to eat before meeting our guide again at her predetermined spot, for the walk back to the bus and the drive back. We had more than enough time to do a little exploring in Livorna and a glass of win with some delicious bread and olive oil, before heading back to the ship's via the shuttle bus

This private tour in winter was very easy with Simone Franco. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable. First, he took us to Pisa, then to Florence. A day to remember 😍

Good itinerary for a one day port stop

This was a very good way to see two must-see cities during our Livorno port stop. Lucca was charming. Since we were there on a Sunday we also had the opportunity to peruse the outdoor antiques market. The optional walking tour provided by our guide was a good way to see the important sites of the town. During our spare time we opted to walk the park-like top of the city walls - highly recommended. During the Pisa leg of the day we chose the option to climb the leaning tower, which was a challenge, but totally worth it. Plus it also got us entry into the awe inspiring cathedral. This part of the day was on your own. Our guide for the day Kiyko was very charming and provided a good overview of the cities during the bus rides.

Amazing Tour for Cruise passengers

If you are looking for a way to see the most beautiful parts of Tuscany from a cruise, this is the perfect tour for you. We were picked up right at the ship by Mario, in a beautiful Mercedes. Mario was one of the kindest people we have met while traveling. He grew up in Florence and knows the Tuscany area inside and out! He gave us such wonderful information about the area, and about himself growing up there. We loved hearing all of his knowledge of how things have changed over the years. We visited Sienna, and because it was private, we chose how long we wanted to stay. We stopped at a small, family run winery for lunch and wine tasting. It was absolutely delightful. Our next stop was San Girognano. What an amazing little town. Again, Mario told us to spend as much time as we needed. He was such a wonderful guide. He then drove us back to our ship, and we visited and chatted the entire way. All in all is was one of our favorite days on our cruise, mostly because Mario made it perfect for us!

Amazing Day of Memories for a Lifetime!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful day we had with Vittorio and our driver Roberto. Even through they do this every day, they bring a fresh, energetic energy to every stop we made! Not having a real idea of what we were in for, Vittorio took the lead and took us to 3 of the villages and they did not disappoint! We took the train he arranged, allowed time to swim and eat (the fired calamari place he recommended was AMAZING), and gave us the BEST photo ops. THEN there was Pisa which was so charming beyond the leaning tower. This is a day that will hold dear in my memories for many years to come!

Great driver and experience

Picked up at Livorno Port. Took us to Pisa and Cinque Terre. Recommended Mickys, it was delicious. Side note: make sure you take the same train you originally go on. We went on another train unbeknownst to us. They fined us 50 euros each plus the fare. Even though we had other tickets for the train. Besides that: our driver met us where he said and it was easy and a beautiful day.
