Great experience learning to make pasta with Sebastien. He met us nearby his apartment and we went back and learned a lot about making pasta. As a Venetian, he had interesting insights on the city and cooking. He has a beautiful redone kitchen with spectacular views of the canal which made the experience even more special. I would recommend this tour to any one interested in cooking and looking for something a little different in Venice.

Besides the food being delicious, the place was very special. At someone’s home on a little ranch with memorabilia that speaks volumes about their kindness and uniqueness. They really made us feel at home and showed us real and authentic love for food. We almost missed our flight because we didn’t want to leave. We will be back!

Antonietta and her lovely translator made our group-of-two cooking class a memorable experience. The food was out of this world, and so fresh with many of the ingredients directly from the garden! The drinks added to the fun. The relaxing chat during the meal made us feel right at home. And the pasta cooking tips were invaluable. Thanks for a great lunch! A cooking class with Antonietta and her Lucca team is most highly recommended!

Five of us joined two others at Antoinetta's home. We were greeted with coffee and felt immediately welcomed. We cooked, ate, drank, laughed and had a wonderful unique Italian afternoon with our host, the chef, her translator and assistant. It was truly the hightlight of our trip to be part of this fun and unique experience.

Antonieta and Piero great host and great set up locate near Lucca fantastic city the class was well prepare and make you feel that you are home. I never though to make pasta was so easy and the taste is sensational highly recommend. Great host and great chef thank you

Antoinetta is excellent chef that is accredited by a top Italian University for traditional Tuscan cooking. We learned how to use local ingredients to make a terrific meal and then had a family dinner with Antoinetta and her team. This is highly recommended. We loved the experience and will go back again.

The arrangement for our cooking class changed from a chef in a kitchen to a rural farm kitchen with Antonietta. The experience was different that what we expected, but was still awesome. The warm hospitality of Piero and Antonietta in their beautiful farm was excellent. Great lesson, amazing food. Just a wonderful day

course was amazing the chef was incredible and the meal we had with all the freshest and most amazing local ingredients was even better! top class.
I would of live to learn to make the different masters tho, we only learn to make one variant, which is the base for most but would of loved to make others

What a wonderful experience! We had so much fun learning to make pasta. They took so much time to explain each step, and to show us exactly how to do each one. But, they let us do it. We were hands on. And, we cooked and ate it all in the end. Yummy! We have a memory that we will be us for a very long time!

C’est un moment hors du commun que de se retrouver dans la grande maison d’Antonietta tout près de Lucca pour y apprendre, dans la plus pure tradition Toscane à fabriquer des pâtes! Le repas qui suit est aussi un bonheur tant nos hôtesses sont sympathiques !
