This was a wonderful cooking class and Chef Francesco was awesome! He made the class fun and taught us many tips and tricks. The class was easy to follow and sharing our meal at the end with all the classmates was wonderful. Chef Francesco speaks many languages so all students participated 100% and no one felt left out. Highly recommend this class.

Chef went step by step showing us how to make dough for ravioli, fettuccine n gnocchi n the sauces to go with them. You get to make the pasta yourself n help prepare the sauces. Lots of fun. Then you sit down to eat with a bottle of wine.

This is a must do experience if you have the time! So much fun, chef was so informative and helpful.
We made so much food! I think we all surprised ourselves how well it all turned out, and learned some simple techniques that are easy to replicate.
Chef even supplied us with all the recipes to take home with us.
Truly worth it!

After being at other cooking classes in Italy this one was not that good. It appeared to be understaffed for the amount of food that they were trying to teach to the group how to make. The girl who was teaching was rushed and seemed a bit confused at times. But I believe she did a good job for being, to me, understaffed.

Amazing experience! I learned so much!
Pasta making: gnocchi, fettuccine and ravioli.
Sauces: Ragu for the gnocchi, Butter & Sage (salvia) for the spinach ricotta ravioli, and tomato for the fettuccine. Francesco shares his knowledge and puts you at ease. It’s a fun learning experience. He exceeded expectations and delights you with an amazing class of preparation, technique and skill culminating into a feast not only for eyes but the body and soul!

Great and fun activity for the family specially during a hot day! The chef was super nice, great at explaining and the recipes were delicious. Even my 10 year old son loved it. Can’t wait to go home and make it for our family and friends there. Clean facilities too!

Really fun way to meet other travelers and learn something new along the way! Class was approachable and engaging. A/C kept us cool even in 101 degrees fahrenheit. So glad we did this!

Chef Francesco was a hoot! Entire family had a fantastic time making pasta and picking up additional cooking tips. My kids insist that the pasta we had that evening (three types) was the best pasta they ate during our entire trip - and we had our fair share of pasta from some highly-rated establishments! Highly-recommend this experience while in Florence.

Our chef was a fantastic at showing us how to create pasta and the many intricacies of doing it the way Italians make it. We enjoyed making three different pastas. Ravioli, fettuccine, and gnocchi. We did it all and do this again. Truly a wonderful experience.

Wow! It’s hard to find the words so please look at the pictures! We had about 24/25 people in the class, separated into tables of 6. Each chef worked with two tables. Another colleague helped clean and wash dishes. They had already prepped all the ingredients. For each step we had group instruction and then hands on preparation. We learned tips along the way as well, such as what the pasta dough should feel like. Between each step the stations were cleaned up and wiped down.
After the pasta and sauces were prepared, the chefs cooked the pasta while the participants washed up and enjoyed some wine. Then they served us what we’d prepared in courses.
We made Panna Cotta, spinach and ricotta ravioli with sage butter sauce, fettuccini with ragu, and gnocchi with bolognese sauce. The Chianti was paired perfectly! We were all friends by the end of the evening, and left with a booklet of recipes!
This was a blast! You must give it a try!

This was a fantastic experience! Extremely happy to have walked away with the instructions to be able to put what we learned to work at home! The 3 pastas we made were delicious! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to make fresh pasta at home! And we also learned how to make pana cotta Yum!

Our instructors were very fun and iinformative. We learned good tips and tricks and everything was unstressful. The instructors were very fun. Our food turned out delicious and a fun time was had by all!! Even when Dave was “unruly”.

Such a fun and interesting class, our instructor (young woman, sorry we forgot your name) was so knowledgable even in her second language, it was so well organised and the food at the end was incredible, even catering to vegetarians by changing one of the pasta sauces.
Only issue was that the desert wasn’t vegetarian as it had gelatine in it, but otherwise was a perfect few hours, thank you so much!!!

Never thought about making homemade pasta. I never thought I would be able to learn how to make 3 different types of pasta, boullinaise sauce, and Panna cotta IN FLORENCE, ITALY. Great hands on chef teacher who gave insight on preparing food to everyone. Not just a few participants.

We had a blast! So much fun, enjoying our new friendships with other travellers from all over the world, as well as making our own supper. Each table held 5 or 6 people. We started off making our dessert of Panna Cotta w/chocolate sauce, as it had to set for the hour. Then started preparing our 3 pastas, ravioli w/spinach & ricotta cheese, linguini, then gnocchi. We all shared the prep work, preparing the sauces to go with each pasta and we all prepared our own 3 pastas. Our chef explained everything necessary but let us do hands-on prep. He was very good at his job. We had a lot of laughs. Then we sat down at our assigned tables and out came plenty of red wine and our dishes of pasta, with delicious sauces. I do believe that was the best, freshest pasta on our whole trip. The dessert was great too. Recipes were handed out at the end as well. We sat and chatted with our new friends enjoying many laughs! Don’t miss this cooking class, well worth the money. All 4 of us really enjoyed the evening.
