The proprietor was knowledgeable but her assistant that conducted the class was not able to answer any questions on her own - we were not given the recipes of the items that we cooked, which was disappointing. The food that we prepared was very good but we will not be able to duplicate the same because of the lack of recipes

On a visit to Tuscany as a family (2 adults + teen) and booked this to try our hand at making the delicious pici we have been eating while here. This is a wonderful venue for a class with a big breakfast room for the apartments on site doubling as cooking stations during the day. Our cook, Laura is a lovely lady and we thoroughly enjoyed making a 3 course traditional Tuscan menu with her! Her English is far better than our non existent Italian - instructions were no problem for cooking and we had Google Translate to help conversation flow while making pasta. The agri estate is a stunning backdrop to the lunch table in the shade of the veranda. We enjoyed wine & coffee with the meal we had prepared. Looking forward to trying out the recipes at home! Thank you xx
