Vlad was a great tour guide/ driver. He knew how to get to locations, find close parking, and keep the schedule for return to ships. The van was nice, clean. His recommendation for an inexpensive dining location was excellent. If ever in Rome again, i will definitely try to use this company again.
The Villa Borghese is fabulous in and of itself. Add professional and personable guide, Guido and you have a rich and meaningful experience. Guido provided context and insight that otherwise would not have been my experience. It was enriching and very satisfying. Even those who are not fans of art would enjoy and benefit by seeing the amazing works and understanding the influences by which they came to exist.
I'm very grateful for the experience and the light Guido provided.
Valerio was prompt and very friendly, safe and timely getting us from our Airbnb in Rome to the cruise port. He greeted us just before our pickup time, helped us with our bags and offered us chilled bottled water. We were so pleased with his service and give him the highest recommendation!
Super smooth and a great. They picked us up on time, loaded the luggage and were super quick getting us to the cruise port! With every penny. Especially with it as there was a taxi strike that morning! There were six of us in our party and we all rate this trip 5 out of 5!
Highly recommend this transfer service. I had a 2:30 pm check in time for my cruise, and was given a 12:05 pm meeting time for my shuttle transfer. My driver (Vlad) arrived at 11:55 am for my pick up. He was very polite and professional. In comparison to other transfer options, this was the most affordable. I would definitely use them again.
I booked the service for my family and friends (total of 6 people) to travel from hotel to our cruise port in Italy. Unfortunately my luggage carry-on that wouldn’t fit on plane was checked and then DELAYED! The airlines was supposed to deliver to my hotel but didn’t. My driver and Viator were very understanding. The driver stopped at the airport so that I could retrieve my luggage. I paid an extra 20 euros but it was worth it. The driver was very friendly and had a great attitude.
Rosario was the best guide for someone like my husband who had never been to Rome before. He has some walking issues (can't go too far at one time without severe back pain) and Rosario got us as close to the sights we were visiting as possible. He was very flexible and took us around Rome by going through so many narrow streets and passages that we were completely amazed! He arranged for our lunch at an incredible restaurant in Piazza Navona and gave us so many insights into the city of Rome that we never could have discovered on our own. I highly recommend Rosario for the best tour of Rome ever!
We took this car service from our cruise port to Rome. They were fantastic!! The driver was waiting for us right outside the cruise luggage pickup as we exited the building. It was so convenient with 8 people (2 adults, 3 grandparents, 3 kids) and 6 large bags. The car had great air conditioning as well which is sometimes hard to find in Europe.
We had the best experience with all our transfers from the airport to the hotel and hotel to our boat . Amazing communication and confirmation of all our trips. Driver showed up on time, assisted with luggage, offered water and provided great transportation would 100% recommend to anyone traveling.
Great transportation experience in Rome for the family!
The experience was top notch. They confirmed the time to meet a few days ahead and even allowed to adjust the time if needed. The driver was courteous and exactly on time and was very kind and helpful and pointed out some additional attractions on the way to our destination. We really appreciate the ac and the kindness of our driver!
Our driver arrived early for pickup knowing full well that road closures for a bicycle race were likely in our area. Leaving from Rome city center, he navigated a labyrinth of city streets to find an open way out of the city to bring us out to our cruise from Civitivecchia. Really excellent second trip with this driver.
We hired this driver to take us from the Hilton Rome airport to take us to the port for our princess cruise. He was early, and so nice! He had waters waiting for us and was so diligent I. Getting us on our cruise on the Sun Princess! We recommend this tour operator !
