Trip to Roman hotel

Elaine_P, Jul 2026

The agency contacted us days early to let us know how to find driver with instructions with a phone number if we were held up by getting our luggage. The driver was early waiting for us and found us almost immediately to help with luggage and we had a lot. She was a good driver and friendly.

Excellent Service

Excellent experience. Though our female driver (Sorry I forgot her name) knew only a little English, there was no problem communicating. Met us at the port with my name on a placard and delivered us promptly to our hotel. Automobile was very clean. No complaints. Would definitely use again.

Perfect communication and ON TIME pick up. Our driver met us on the dock directly after the place where we collect our luggage. No need to deal with shuttles. SO EASY!!! Comfortable van with room for 4 and 3 weeks of luggage. Smooth ride to our Rome hotel. 5 STARS

Silvio was our driver from Civitavecchia port to our hotel in downtown Rome. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Silvio was prompt and a very safe driver. He also pointed out highlights as we drove through Rome. Would use this service again.

Michele was great! We actually got to our terminal earlier than scheduled. Michele was 20 minutes early which was great. During our ride, he explained the different buildings. He was great!

Great drive from Cruise ship into Rome

LyndaMarie_N, May 2022

Many thanks for the ride into Rome - very good driver and helpful at answering my questions that I had on various topics. I am a very nervous passenger due to a previous accident that caused me to have a physical disability and getting into taxis and other professionally driven cars can be a challenging experience for me. The driver put me at ease with his calm driving skills which I appreciated.
