Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Carlos and Katarina could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable. We had a marvelous time experiencing all the historic attractions that Rome has to offer. We highly recommend this tour to anyone fortunate enough to visit this beautiful city.

We had a great tour with Livio (our driver) and Alessandra, our tour guide. It was so great to have just our family on the tour. We never had to worry about finding a ride or parking. We started with a drive into Rome and a tour of one of the Crypts. Then we were dropped off at the Vatican where Alessandra took over. She was very energetic with a big Italian personality. She tried to keep the information fun and accessible for our kids. We never had to wait in line to get in to the landmarks, and Alessandra and Livio coordinated to make sure we had time for a quick break at a cafe inside the Vatican while making it on time to our next entry at the Colloseum.

This was an outstanding tour. Our driver Livio, picked us up promptly and immediately began sharing backgroud and options for which places we might want to see. It was very hot, but Livio‘s van was air-conditioned and comfortable. We met our tour guide, Alessandra, at the scheduled time. She was also lovely and knowledgeable, with an education in Art History and Archeology. Alessandra was clearly passionate about the history of Rome, and its’ many artists, as well as the archaeological aspects relating to the Colosseum, and the Vatican. I can’t imagine taking this tour without a driver and an experienced, educated tour guide. We learned details we never would have known if we had attempted to take these tours on our own. Hiring a driver and guide is well worth the cost. We were able to relax, listen and observe as every site and exhibit was described in exquisite English, coupled with the Italian names or regions as needed. Our driver Livio, and tour guide Alessandra, did everything possible to make our experience, enjoyable and memorable.

Carlo and Marco did a fantastic job! They were both incredibly knowledgeable about Rome and shared fascinating historical facts and local insights throughout the tour. Their sense of humor made the experience even more enjoyable, and they worked well as a team. They kept us engaged from start to finish, making the tour both informative and entertaining. We also received some recommendations on local eateries. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome.

We had a great experience with Carlo and Alexandra. As soon as we stepped out of the cruise terminal we sat Carlo and he starts the tour pretty much as soon as you leave. For the hour long drive to Rome he gave us so much information. We managed to see so many must see places I was really impressed. Alexandra was a fantastic guide at the Colosseum, Vatican Museum, and Sistine Chapel. She managed to keep our 13 year twins engaged in the tours as well. Loved the local pizza place they suggested for lunch. Delicious! A jammed pack day of sightseeing.

Carlo was amazing from the beginning of the day. Our ship arrived late and he was not only patient, but he sent me pictures from where he was located outside of the ship to make it easy to locate him (my biggest concern was wondering around once we disembarked). We got a robust tour on the hour drive to Roma. Checking out a few sites including the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon before we met up with our guide Marida. Marida provided an inciteful and passionate tour of all the major attractions. Even with the time constraint from our late arrival we still experienced a full tour of the Coliseum and an in depth tour of Vatican City which also included the Sistine Chapel. On the tour there were areas that were limited to private tours only that we would not have experienced without this tour. The best part we skipped all the lines! Seeing the lines of revelers that wrapped around the attractions made us more grateful that we booked this tour. It was worth every penny and we would book it again because there is so much to see and learn about the ancient city. Do yourself a favor and book this before it fills up. Be sure to ask for both Carlo and Marida you can thank me later!

This is probably the best way to see Rome, highly recommend. Carlo drove us around, and Max took us through the sites. Both of them were highly highly knowledgeable about room history and very aware of how to navigate the city. They helped us stay safe. They were knowledgeable to keep pickpockets away from us and where we should be careful of big pockets so we felt very safe the entire time. The amount of history that they gave us was amazing and we learned so much. They’re both highly seasoned professionals and very flexible willing to take us two spots that we wanted to see and willing to skip a spot that we had seen already in order to maximize our time. Being able to go inside the Colosseum and inside the Vatican was very important to us and this tour offered that. I feel like we got our moneys worth because the guides were really wonderful and we had the most amazing day together as a family.

We loved this tour in Rome. The guide asked what we had seen and made suggestions. So we opted to go see the Catacombs before the 2 sites that we did have tickets to later inthe day. We love using tour guides for the super easy access to places where we get past the long lines. The tour guides was very knowledgable about the sites and gave us insights to the ancient times. Loved it.

Very good tour with no issues getting through lines and seeing what was important. Livio was great, even was able to pickup at airport when flight got cancelled!! Marco was very engaging and entertaining and able to bypass crowded portions of tour and saved us from being delayed or having to take extra steps. Excellent choice of local restaurant for lunch. Both very knowledgeable guides and driver. You’ll enjoy these two!!

Fantastic experience. We only had 1 day in Rome with my wife and 2 friends and Livio and Marco took great care of us. They had everything planned out in advance, met us at our Hotel and we were able to see all the sites we had planned. This is my 3rd time to Rome and I learned much more about many of the sites from Livio and Marco than I had in the past visits. They are both very knowledgeable about the history of Rome and have a great sense of humor which made our day much more fun. Livio showed up in a very nice Mercedes sprinter van which made driving around Rome and getting to the sites very comfortable for all 4 of us. We were able to skip the long lines at the Pantheon, Colosseum and the Vatican which made for a very effective use of time. Can't recommend this enough, I have been on many tours and this was by far the best experience I have had. If you want to learn a lot about Rome and see most of the key sites, sign up for this tour with Livio and Marco, you wont be disappointed.

I wanted to learn and see as much as I could on our trip to Rome . I have booked many tours with this company before and never disappointed. Our day started by our guide picking us up at our hotel. From there we did a short walk to see some local sites . He was very informative and a great sense of humour. From there we drove to the Colosseum where we picked up another guide who took us around the site . He was extremely passionate and funny.. We then joined our original guide and car and drove to the Vatican. They’re both guides took us around the Vatican explaining the stories behind the paintings and the statues with great humour it made the long day a very fun filled memorable day.
Well worth the money .Wear walking shoes as there was a great deal of walking on uneven surfaces .

This was an amazing day with Carlo. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us more stops than we imagined. He knew where to go, gave us the exact instructions on bathrooms, restaurants, meeting locations. We never had to wait for him. Titiana was also very knowledgeable and helpful with my husband slightl disability, using elevators and short cuts when possible. The whole day was tailored to our needs. I felt we got 2 days worth of tours packed into one. Highly recommend not only this tour but Carlo as your guide.

Livio and Marco were the BEST! From the start, Livio picked us up at our hotel near the Pantheon and asked us what we had seen previously to customize our day. Since we had previously seen the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps, he suggested we visit the Pantheon (which was amazing, including the selfie trick Livio told us!) We had time, so we drove out to the catacombs with Livio telling us all about the sites on the way out. The catacomb visit was incredible. We were then onto the Colosseum, where we met Marco! He was our tour guide for the Colosseum and the Vatican. Amazing knowledge, and fantastic stories at both locations. Having a masters in history, he can get into details and share them with the gusto of a great story teller! We had a nice stop for lunch between the Colosseum and the Vatican. Everything at the Vatican was special! Livio and Marco had everything pre-booked and timed our movements to make our reservations easy. Traveling with a personal guide definitely had its perks. If you are looking to have a special experience with someone taking care of the details, this is the tour for you!

Carlo and Marco are a dynamic duo! Carlo was an incredible communicator, friendly and personable, kept us on time but without making us feel rushed. Marco, with his masters in history, is a wealth of knowledge, so we learned a lot and he made it fun for adults and kids. We had our 5 year old and 7 year old with us. The private tour with driver was exactly what we needed and it was worth every penny. We were able to see everything we wanted to in Rome, plus some, in the one day we had in the city. It felt effortless because all we had to do was book then show up. Everything else was done for us! They found us a great little spot for our mid day lunch break. I could not recommend this tour enough! Just book it.

DO THIS TOUR! Carlo was a very informed driver who gave us a quick History lesson while he drove us from site to site You will then meet an archaeologist (Alexandra) at the Colosseum. She is TREMENDOUS!! Her knowledge of Ancient Rome and the Renaissance Rome is impressive. This tour is worth every penny
