- Due to strict Italian laws that protect licensed guides, drivers can only comment and explain the sights from inside the vehicle, and are not allowed to do so once they are outside the vehicle.
- Please note that if mass is taking place in the Basilica of St. Peters, entrance may be restricted. In high season, lines to enter the basilica can be very long. There is no fee to enter the church but shoulders and knees must be covered.
- MINIMUM NUMBERS apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

We enjoyed our tour in Rome with Fabio. Even though a marathon was blocking most of the main streets, Fabio was able to get us to many interesting sites in Rome.

Good overview tour of Rome especially when you only have 1 day from the cruise ship. You hit all the major sites. Our guide was good and was able to get us close to the sites so we didn’t have to walk a great distance. He provided good insight prior to seeing each individual site. Again this is an overview tour you do not have the time to spend a great deal of time at each historical site. We also had lunch at a restaurant in Rome that was good. I would recommend this tour if you’re interested in an overview of Rome and the major sites.

Vlad was a great tour guide/ driver. He knew how to get to locations, find close parking, and keep the schedule for return to ships. The van was nice, clean. His recommendation for an inexpensive dining location was excellent. If ever in Rome again, i will definitely try to use this company again.

A good way to scratch the surface in Rome if you have limited time as I did with a single cruise day in port. Take into account that it is at least an hour and a half each way into the city and then you have like half an hour at each stop. But I got to briefly enjoy the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain and St Peter’s Square - the big five!

Ricardo our guide was excellent, getting us to 10 sites in Rome in only 6 hours! He found us a tour slot for the catacombs, which was one of the highlights of the day.
My only criticism would be of the tour scheduling (not in Ricardo's control) . We were never given a pickup time but were asked when reserving the tour for our arrival time. We assumed that our pick up was between 7:30 and 8:30 am. When no one was there to meet us, we called and were told 9:15 was pick up time. We could have got an extra hour of sleep.

If you only have one day to visit Rome, we recommend this tour as a way to do. We were able to see every sight on our list, and a few more on the driver's list. He really knew how to work his way about town! Us adults older and younger enjoyed the blessings of this tour.

What a great tour! Small group- 8 of us. Saw everything you could want to see in Rome. Saw Xircus Maximus, the Colliseum, St
Paul's outside the walks. Took a picture of the dome of St. Peters thru a peephole in a door together the name. Visited the square outside the Vatican. Driver even found us a neat little restaurant for a delicious lunch. Driverinrome tours Driver Loretta knew the best ways to get around the city. Would heartily recommend this tour to everyone.

What an absolutely fabulous tour! If you want to hit the highlights of Rome without fighting the crowds and traffic yourself, this tour is for you! Our driver Costinel was wonderful and knowledgeable about Rome. He was able to take us as close as he could to the sites in the van, so less walking. Costinel gave us times to meet back at the van to move to the next stop. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see it all without the stress of walking or fighting crowds.

We were picked up right at the ship by our driver/guide Ricardo. There were only three couples in a very comfortable minivan. Ricardo did an amazing job dealing with the heavy traffic and narrow streets to get us close to all the major sites. He gave us good directions and helpful information. He really went over and above to make sure we could see as much as possible in the allotted time.

What a perfect day in Rome! Wonderful tour with our driver! The pickup from the cruise port went smooth and easy. The drive into Rome was fast as the Italians were on holiday. With the lack of traffic traveling around Rome was a breeze. We stopped at every point they had. Colosseum, The Vatican, Piazza Novana, Piazza Campo de'Fiori, Piazza Venezia, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Santa Maria sopra Minerva, Trevi Fountain, Sant'Agnese in Agone, Janiculum Hill, Fontana dell'Acqua Paola among others. We had an exceptional day in Rome, thanks to Matteo's outstanding guidance. As a knowledgeable, courteous, and entertaining guide, he ensured that our family of four, including two daughters aged 15 and 17, had a fantastic experience. We were joined by two other couples, and Matteo provided insightful explanations of the sites, and was extremely personable. He executed the tour with a convenient drop-off and pick-up points near main entrance points. Matteo also recommended an excellent lunch spot that was both delicious and reasonably priced, avoiding the typical tourist traps. He even chatted with me about must-see places in Naples, our next port. No way could we have navigated this many stops on our own. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that we all thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend booking this tour to eliminate the stress of navigating Rome.

We had a wonderful time with Vlad as our local guide. Since we had 8 people in our group, we were able to customize our tour and go to the places we wanted to see. Vlad is knowledgeable and pointed out many sights and even gave us the history on them. It was It was a super hot day and Vlad was even kind enough to bring us bottles of water for our trip. Riccardo was our guide and was very personable and knowledgeable. He asked what we wanted to see in case he needed to adjust the itinerary he came up with and he gave us flexibility on the amount of time at each place. We were staying in Civi 3 nights and wanted to go to Rome for one full day and chose this tour. There were 7 of us in the group. We visited everything we wanted to visit and had a wonderful Italian lunch! Everyone had a great day!

Great Experience. Our Driver Valentino was extremely knowledgable and got us so close to all the sites, Parthenon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain,Vatican etc . For lunch he took us to a piazza that had a flea market - so we could eat at various places and shop for an hour, which was preferred. Shared the ride with another family. Car was a Mercedes Minivan.
