Emmanuele communicated his arrival status in advance. He apologized for the slight delay given heavy Rome traffic. That was no problem as he still got us to the port in Civitavecchia well in time. He was courteous and drove well!

I would highly recommend this driver (Emanuel) to anyone. He was unable to get to our hotel due to the Italian liberation day. The street was closed. Instead he found a close point and guided us to him so we could make it to the cruise port.
Turns out, he does custom tours for visitor as well, including an "Everybody Loves Raymond" tour. Part of the show was filmed in the city were he lives, outside of Rome.

The owner was our driver. He arrived early and helped us with our luggage. His van was new and very clean and his driving was excellent. He was very friendly and pointed out sights along the way as well as chatting about Italy/Rome.

This was the safest, most comfortable way to get directly from Central Rome to our cruise ship. Eight adults and 17 pieces of luggage fit in the one van, the biggest we ever had in Rome. Emanuele loaded and unloaded the luggage and literally got us within steps of turning in the luggage at the pier. Smooth safe experience, kind and professional service. Great value! This will be my first choice anytime I need to catch a cruise again while staying in Central Rome.

We were a party of 6 adults with a fair amount of luggage. Our driver Joseph met us at our central hotel (early, which was great). He loaded/unloaded all our luggage. We had comfortable ride to Port which took about hour. Dropped us off at the ship baggage drop. Very efficient trip, thanks Joseph.
