The owner was our driver. He arrived early and helped us with our luggage. His van was new and very clean and his driving was excellent. He was very friendly and pointed out sights along the way as well as chatting about Italy/Rome.

This was the safest, most comfortable way to get directly from Central Rome to our cruise ship. Eight adults and 17 pieces of luggage fit in the one van, the biggest we ever had in Rome. Emanuele loaded and unloaded the luggage and literally got us within steps of turning in the luggage at the pier. Smooth safe experience, kind and professional service. Great value! This will be my first choice anytime I need to catch a cruise again while staying in Central Rome.

We were a party of 6 adults with a fair amount of luggage. Our driver Joseph met us at our central hotel (early, which was great). He loaded/unloaded all our luggage. We had comfortable ride to Port which took about hour. Dropped us off at the ship baggage drop. Very efficient trip, thanks Joseph.

Be aware that if you encounter any unforeseen delays after arriving that your driver may not be there for you. Our plane was parked after arriving and we had to deplane on the tarmac and shuttle to the terminal causing and 30 minute delay. Customs and baggage claim were both more obstacles. Driver was extremely annoyed and in s hurry when we finally reached him. He drove to the hotel like he was in a race, slammed his brakes several times.
