Our driver, Peter, was at the parking lot at the end of the cruise pier with our Name Sign, so it was easy to locate him. In addition, he texted a picture of himself. The long drive to Venice is enjoyable with scenery and discussions about the area with Peter. Highly recommend this easy way to get from Trieste to Venice.

Our driver was on time, helped us with our luggage, dropped us off at the entrance to our cruise ship and was very professional. The vehicle was very clean and our ride was peaceful and enjoyable.
0 stars. Booked transport from hotel to cruise port. Transportation did not show and company indicated they had no record of the booking (although I had been charged and received a confirmation of the booking) nor did they have alternative transportation available. Fortunately the wonderful staff at our hotel arranged transportation allowing us to make it to the ship on time.
Our driver was good but the car we were picked up in was very poor. We paid for a premium car and the one that arrived had visible accident damage, old interior and was not able to go with the speed of traffic bc it was in such poor condition. There were several points where we were going uphill on the highway and we were driving on the shoulder bc the car couldn’t go over 25 mph. This felt totally unsafe and I worried we would not actually make it. All other cars and even cargo trucks were flying past us. I asked for a refund at least for the premium we paid for an upgraded vehicle and the provider refused and Viator was useless and did nothing. I do not recommend this company or Viator after this experience.
This driver went above and beyond. Great service! On time, even after a change to the pickup address. Clean car. Courteous. Perfect.

This was a very bad experience, driver was late. Ones it arrive he had the wrong destination and didn’t allow us to get on the car till he was sure to get paid for the trip. We had already prepaid. Ones all got sorted out then we left, at that point we where extremely late. At destination he didn’t wanted to take us all the way to the cruise as he need it to cross a gate and left us half a mile away. Definitely will never book with Viator again.
