Update, I gave this transfer service a poor rating because we had to sit in the airport for 3 hours before we were picked up. We received the following text from them: After you paid nickels to get to the port and from the port, shared transfer you put a bad review because you had to wait at the airport?? I am working like hell and drive 500 600 km every day, and this is the result... So help you God... No good remains unpunished. With this type of attitude I know I would not use them again.

You have no respect for people working... You landed early in the morning and the others landed at 11, you had a shared transfer which actually is explained that is available from 11 not earlier...people like you should just stay at home...why didn t you pay for a private transfer and leave whenever you wanted?? shared transfer means you have to share with other passengers !!!

The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. He communicated clearly with us on the time that it would take him to get to us. The problem we had was with Viator booking, not the driver. when we made the reservation there was no place to put flight information. The driver had no idea when our flight came in. He tried to call us several times the day before but because we were traveling from the United States we did not get a call until the flight landed. My suggestion is to book this transfer and be sure to put in the “special instructions” what time your flight comes in and what airline. Driver was fantastic and we will definitely book with him again.

Terrible Experience

For our first trip to Europe and first Viator booking, we booked with this transportation service from the airport to the port. When we arrived to the pick up location, a driver was clearly marked with our name, which made finding them easy through the crowds. We were then instructed to meet our driver, Rolando, in the parking area. We then proceeded to outside and did not find our driver. We looked at all possible nearby parking areas and could not find our driver. With limited wifi and service, we were not able to call the host, but rather leave a message via email. Again with limited wifi, we finally got a response and found the driver where we were yelled at and blamed for nearly 30 minutes for not following instructions when we were simply following directions. The insults did not stop until we ended up yelling back. Had we not already paid and had we not just gotten off a 10 hour flight with little food and sleep, we would have rejected the service for poor communication and poor professionalism. We finally made it to our destination but this was not a pleasant start to our trip and we certainly will not be booking with them in the future.

first i don t understand why they let you write 2 bad reviews for the same transfer,you already submitt a bad review ,i lost one hour and 45 minutes to find you at the airport when i send you the meeting point 1 terminal 3 one day before, i don t understand what you were doing at the parking looking for me..sent you ' different emails saying come back at the meeting point . you spend a fortune for 6 persons to go on vacation but you don t want to spend 10 dollars a day to have the phone working!!! you cost me 2 trips that i missed because your phone was not working!!! the trip from the port , they were also mad at me because i was not able to come because i was looking for you at the airport... and you are upset??? you cost me 350 euro and 2 families angry because i coudn t get there to pick them up ...
