I was concerned by the location of our boutique hotel and if a driver would be able to get to us. Joseph, our driver, arrived 15 minutes early and was ready for us as soon as we walked downstairs. Our hotel manager let us know he was outside waiting. He helped with our bags and had a large, comfortable, clean van. He was friendly and knowledgeable as he gave us a various facts about the area. Safe driver. He took us directly to our boat, completely bypassing the large terminal/cruise port. Worth every dime to not be stressed about making it to the exact spot we needed to be and with plenty of time!
