What are people saying about Rome

Incredible food tour!
A food tour in Rome is a “must do” activity! We booked this tour for our first night in Rome and were not disappointed. Our guide was excellent, engaging and very knowledgeable of the food scene. The food and wine at each stop was plentiful and delicious. Our guide gave us suggestions for dinner for our other nights in Rome and his recommendations were spot on. Our tour was a highlight of our vacation!

Presecco is my new favorite
I do food tours everywhere I go..some tend to not give you the true authentic taste..This gave history and lots of variety. Michael was so much fun. He definitely kept your glass full and belly tight. I will definitely come back just to do it all over again with Michael. 1000% best tour

Fabulous Food Tour in Rome with Lisa
My family of 10 did a food tour with Lisa. We landed and with-in 3 hours we were on a wonderful food tour with our fabulous tour guide Lisa. As we were walking on our tour Lisa taught us so much interesting history about the sights we were seeing . We stopped at 5 different spots and got plenty of food and drink at each spot. Lisa was so patient, when we would veer off she waited patiently for us to come back to the group. I am so happy we did this tour right when we got to Rome, it gave you a good sense of direction and a bit of the lay of the land. Thank you Lisa so very much for giving our family such a wonderful experience.

The BEST food tour
We loved our food tour with Fran from Rome Food Tours. She is so knowledgeable about Italian food and wine. She was so upbeat and friendly while she shared information. The selected restaurants amd food/wine were all delicious. The restaurants were comfortable and ready for us. The pace of the tour was perfect - not too fast and not to slow. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Eating in Rome is considered an art form, practically a religion—and that's true whether you’re chowing down on a supplí (oblong rice ball) or slice of pizza al taglio, or savoring a 3-course meal with wine pairings in a little osteria. There’s no better way to partake in local fare than by indulging in a Rome food tour. From sampling fried street food staples in bustling Trastevere or the Jewish ghetto to tasting wines in the Castelli Romani, food experiences provide an insider’s look at the city’s culinary culture and history. Aspiring chefs can try cooking time-tested recipes, too.
