The food was so fun and informative! we signed up for 5 tours for this trip and this one was the best one. Our tour guide Gabrielle was such a gem. He was both knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s interested in a food tour in Rome!

Despite some personal setbacks, we had an amazing time on the tour. Daniele is extremely charismatic and knowledgeable about so many things having to do with Rome (and Italy),
beyond just food. However, in terms of our stops, the food options were delicious and plentiful. We didn’t feel rushed throughout the tour, and Daniele made it such a pleasant experience.

Julia was was incredibly engaged and passionate about her city. Not only did we sample typical street foods, but she added so much context to every day Roman life. She was also very keen on sharing “hidden gems” with the group. We can highly recommend this tour. It’s a wonderful way to experience some of the neighborhoods in Rome and enjoy some culinary delights at the same time.

Alessandra was absolutely wonderful. This is the second time we have had her on this tour and she always brings so much energy and knowledge to the group. We actually had some different options from our last tour with her and this was great. Everyone in our group loved her. I would highly recommend her.

Guide was very nice and informative. The tour itself was meh-- 5 stops, expensive for what you got, not as much local color and history. I have done food tours with other companies that were much better. Overpriced.

We loved the experience! Anna our host was amazing. So knowledgeable about the city, and the food. We enjoyed some amazing food from great local spots. She also offered a lot of helpful tips about eating and enjoying Rome. We enjoyed meeting other families too.

This was the start to our first trip to Rome. Flame took us to five food stops and showed us favorite parts of the Trastevere neighborhood along with the local history of the area and food history as well. It was a great start to a great trip!

This was hands down our favorite experience in Rome! Anna our guide was so knowledgeable and not only taught us about the food we were eating but also about restaurant and food culture in Rome. We learned so much and left with a list of places to try throughout our stay and everything we needed to know to spot an authentic gelateria and/or trattoria. If I had to do it over and only choose one tour in Rome, this would be my choice! We did several other tours of major attractions and I learned so much more from Anna than I did on any other tour. She is also just such a lovely person!

This was one of the most fun experiences we had in Rome and absolutely worth it! 🇮🇹🍝 Daniel, our tour guide, was fantastic! He's extremely knowledgeable, witty, and engaging. He even memorized all our names! As an archaeologist who also works at the Vatican, he shared fascinating stories and insights that brought Rome’s history and food culture to life. We had an amazing time sampling authentic Roman dishes, discovering local favorites, and truly eating like locals. A perfect mix of history, culture, and delicious food that made for an unforgettable evening in Rome! ❤️✨🍷🍨

A great way to experience delicious local food and see parts of Rome that tourists don’t usually see. I was part of a small group led by Matt. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to see everyone was enjoying themselves and the food. Our first stop we had a panini and Prosecco. Yum. My absolute favourite was the best raspberry gelato topped with raspberry sorbet in all of Italy.
