A wonderful, relaxing, delicious adventure. Our tour guide, Patrick, was lovely and he pointed out all the landmarks along the way. The drive to the winery is beautiful and you feel like you are a world away from Rome. The visit to the winery was phenomenal- we were greeted by the owner and showed around the property a bit. The wine tasting paired with bites was delicious and in a beautiful room. The time was quite relaxing and wonderful. Definitely recommend this delightful tour.

I had high hopes for this tour, but unfortunately it started off very unpleasantly. Our driver was an hour late for pickup, and no one contacted me to explain the delay until I reached out myself. There was no explanation provided. Once we were finally picked up, the driver did not communicate with us at all. The wine tasting itself was underwhelming, just three small glasses of wine at a single location, and then we were taken straight back to the hotel. Overall, the experience felt rushed and poorly organized. It was definitely not worth the price, and the lack of communication from the company was very disappointing.

You are absolutely right — the driver arrived approximately 30 minutes later than scheduled, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and for the lack of immediate communication at that moment. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide. Regarding the winery experience, we would respectfully like to clarify that this is a highly rated, long-established family-owned winery, and the tasting format (a curated selection of wines served in a guided setting) reflects the typical structure of premium wine tastings in the region. Many of our guests value the quality and intimate atmosphere of the experience. While we fully acknowledge and regret the delayed pickup, we believe that a one-star rating for the entire experience may not fully reflect the overall quality of the winery visit itself. That said, your feedback is important to us, and we are reviewing our internal communication procedures to ensure this does not happen again. This was by far the best experience I had in Rome. The wine was delicious snd I will be order some to America. The food served in between the different wines was very refreshing and fulfilling. The amazing olive oil was my favorite part. I definitely recommend if you want to see more than just the city of Rome. It was beautiful and offered an amazing view. The hotel pick up and drop off was so convenient and helpful and the driver offered a lot of knowledge about Rome too. Luca, the guide, knew so much and was a great host. This vineyard is family owned too! I would definitely go back
