OK Frascati was more than a pleasant surprise!! 💖
It was an amazing experience to discover a quiant, charming little town up the hill with an overlooking view of Rome. Frascati is an hour away by train from the city center but it was worth every step and penny you would add on on top. This wine tasing and pasta making class tour was an awesome, one-of-a-kind experience best shared with your family or loved on--my partner and I sure did enjoy the hell out of this experience. Get dazzled by the charm of Frascati, qway from the hustle and bustle of Rome, and eat your handmade pasta from scratch. On top of it all, Rosi (one of the cousins running the tour/ business) was an amazing tour guide slash wine connoisseur slash pasta chef. Perfecto and delicioso! 😋🍷🍝

Very good gastronomic / historic tour
Nice and informative tour. Our guide Monika went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She gave us a lot of details about the four stops during the tour, and also between stops. Also, she answered all our questions an we got to know a little bit about the other people in the tour (it was a group of 10 people total). This a very good tour that mixes history and gastronomy.

Mattia was a great guide, generous portions at each stop!
We loved this food tour! Mattia made our first experience in Rome a magical one! The variety of food was great and the portions were very generous. Food tours are the perfect way to experience a new city, and this holds true for Rome. Also, you need Mattia to be your guide because you will become enlarged with goodness!!

One of the highlights of our trip
We had a great time on this food tour. The food and wine were excellent, with a really nice selection throughout. You go from bruschetta to cheese, to balsamic, to pizza, to pasta, and finish with gelato, walking from one place to another, which makes the whole experience feel very authentic. The group size was just right, not too big, which made it easy to connect with others. It’s a great way to meet people and have real conversations along the way. Our guide, Tina, was fantastic, funny, knowledgeable, and she truly elevated the experience with her personality. We wouldn’t hesitate to do it again, especially if we could have Tina as our guide.

Eating in Rome is considered an art form, practically a religion—and that's true whether you’re chowing down on a supplí (oblong rice ball) or slice of pizza al taglio, or savoring a 3-course meal with wine pairings in a little osteria. There’s no better way to partake in local fare than by indulging in a Rome food tour. From sampling fried street food staples in bustling Trastevere or the Jewish ghetto to tasting wines in the Castelli Romani, food experiences provide an insider’s look at the city’s culinary culture and history. Aspiring chefs can try cooking time-tested recipes, too.
