Lots of walking! We were tired from our plane ride-schedule the walking tour a day after you arrive to save your legs. The guide was great! Knowledgeable and entertaining. He taught us some short cuts to avoid climbing uphill too many times that were helpful for the rest of our stay. And it was a great way to see almost all of the neighborhoods in historic Lisbon.

Our driver, tom Maia, drove us to our hotels and back to the airport. He was professional, on-time, friendly, helpful and communicates with us every step of the way so we never have to worry about transportation. The car was comfortable and clean. Had such a great TukTuk tour today with Troni. A fantastic way to explore Lisbon! I wasn’t sure if 4 hour tour would be too long with 2 teenagers but it was so fun for everyone and went by so quickly ! Got to see a lot and learned a lot. Troni is a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and wonderful person, and an amazing driver too! Tuktuk is electric, very nice and comfortable with spacious cushioned seats. Our day exploring Sintra, Quinta da Regaleira, Pena Palace, Cabo da Roca, Guincho Beach, and Cascais was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. The scenery was breathtaking, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our guide, Miguel. Miguel has a rare gift for bringing places to life. He shared fascinating history, local stories, and cultural insights in a way that was engaging and easy to follow, never making it feel like a lecture. He paced the day perfectly, giving us enough time to soak in each destination while ensuring we saw and experienced so much. What stood out most was his genuine kindness and attention to detail. He made every guest feel welcome and valued, and it was obvious that he sincerely wanted everyone to have a memorable experience. At one point, he even went out of his way to make a special stop so my husband could take a photo with a particular backdrop he had hoped to capture. It was such a thoughtful, above-and-beyond gesture that meant a lot to us. Miguel also knew all the best viewpoints and was always happy to take photos for guests, allowing us to be present in the moment and leave with wonderful memories of the day. And even after the tour ended, his hospitality didn’t stop there. He offered to stay in touch for the remainder of our time in Lisbon and encouraged us to reach out if we needed restaurant suggestions, hidden gems, or any recommendations from a local. That level of care is incredibly rare and made us feel like we had a friend in Lisbon, not just a tour guide. You can visit beautiful places on your own, but having a guide like Miguel transforms a sightseeing trip into an experience you’ll remember long after you return home. We finished the day feeling like we had not only seen some of Portugal’s most iconic sites but had truly connected with them. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Highly recommend it, especially with Jose!

I landed in Lisbon only a couple hours prior and was exhausted but trying to stay awake. This was the perfect way to do that. Jose knew SO much and conveyed the history and drama of Lisbon's past in an engaging way, stopping at all the right points. He easily entertained questions (I'm one of those people) and sent us recommendations after the fact. He was also respectful of the glaring late afternoon sun and tried to keep us in the shade as much as possible. Despite being exhausted, this was fantastic!
