The pickup point is located on level -1 of “Parque Mercado da Ribeira” parking. Entrance is in front of nº30 Praça Dom Luís I, opposite Blade restaurant. Go downstairs and follow Eco Tuk Tuk signs. Guide waits inside. You can contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+351 923 250 157) at any time.

- In case of client's delay, the activity will be reduced according to the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is more than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.
- Tuk tuks are booked privately, and the price is fixed according to the number of tuk tuks required for the group, the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk tuk.
- Tuk tuks don't have trunks, so they can't carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large items.
- For security reasons, no pets or animals are allowed.
- Tours are conducted in rain or heat and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- Tours are designed to take the indicated route, and make a series of stop/s already preset, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. Tours cannot be modified, and neither can the photo stops.
- Vehicles are suitable for seniors, and our drivers will help you get on if necessary.
- For the 3- and 4-hour options, we also offer pickup at the Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). We'll send you a message the day before your tour to select your pickup point: Time Out Market or Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). For pick-up at the cruise port, please remain next to the passenger departure port of the main building, without leaving the terminal.

If and when you find the meet up location the tour was great! Arthur had lots of info. A little sin on door at bottom of a stair case is not enough!

Our Delta flight was cancelled coming in from US. We contacted Viator to see if we can push the booking to another day that week. They told us to contact the agency , agency told us they can’t do anything since we paid Viator and they told us to contact Viator. After multiple back and forths, they each said they can’t do anything . So frustrating since we weren’t asking for money back just asking to reschedule to another day to their convenience.

We are sorry, but tours cannot be modified or canceled with less than 24 hours in advance, as stated in our change and cancellation policy.
This is so because when there are only 24 hours left for the start of the tour, the availability is blocked by reservations, and cannot be reserved by other clients, and our guides can not work because of this reason.
We believe that we have a very flexible change and cancellation policy for our clients, which we have to comply with so that the viability of our company is not affected.
We find your review very unfair and unfortunate, because when you bought the tour you accepted our change and cancellation policy.

I booked thus tour online it was much better value than booking direct with the tuk tuk drivers. The communication and meet up arrangements were so well organised. The tuk tuk driver Carlos was fabulous so professional and very knowledgeable of local history

This was so fun! A great way to start off a trip in Lisbon. Our tour guide, Jose, was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cities history, great with recommendations and funny! We got to stop at certain points a dget out for a while which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
