I had an absolutely fantastic time on this Lisbon food and wine tour! From start to finish, it was a perfect blend of delicious flavors, local culture, and great company. Our guide, Sofia, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing not just the food itself but the stories and traditions behind each dish and wine we tried.
We stopped at several spots that I never would have found on my own, and got to taste sardines, seafood and rice, 2 variations of cod, bifana, as well as pastel de nada for dessert. We also had 2 different local wines, beer, and ginjanha.
It didn’t feel rushed at all, and there was plenty of time to enjoy each stop, ask questions, and soak in the atmosphere of the city.
If you’re visiting Lisbon and want a fun, immersive way to experience the local food scene, I can’t recommend this tour enough. It was easily one of the highlights of my trip!

Rui was a great tour guide and was super engaging and informative! He focused on the history of Lisbon and the origins of the foods that were provided on the food tour. He made the experience extremely enjoyable and connected with our whole group! I recommend this food tour!

We had a total blast on this food tour! It was my parents first time to Europe period and I wanted to make sure they got a sense for Lisbon, a bit of its history and some Portuguese food. this tour fit the bill perfectly! Maia was an excellent host - the warmest most welcoming energy, very knowledgeable and kept us all moving through the spots without feeling rushed. A highlight for our group was the grilled sardines paired with green wine and the chouriço asada! Highly recommend this tour ❤️

Bruno is the best! Loved the tour, very filling so pace yourself. Love how it wasn’t a hike and it was an easier walk than expected. The chorizo was amazing.

You will likely engage with a bot if you have dietary requirements - sadly this doesn’t transfer to reality (there were no records of our vegetarian requirements so venues weren’t prepared). I booked a post lunchtime tour but the night before this was moved to the morning which meant one venue wasn’t open and it’s a lot of food to have so early in the day

Walking tour but not hilly. Great to do if you're getting confused about all the food options in Lisbon. Beatriz was an excellent guide, switching between talking on history and food, and very knowledgeable on both.

Got to taste a little bit of all of the major Portuguese dishes which was great! Love how we got to also walk through a lot of the neighborhoods and see a little bit of Lisbon as well! Sofia was a great tour guide!

Awesome experience. Rodrigo’s explanation of the history of the foods and his ability to provide context was awesome a. Highly recommend. It didn’t hurt that the food (and drink) was hugely plentiful.

Such an amazing tour! Our guide, Rui, had so much passion for his city and the food. A great storyteller, so personable and made sure we all had an amazing day. All the food stops were delicious and portions were generous. I was excited to try so many local "must eat/drink" food & drinks. I would absolutely do this tour again.

Had an amazing time with our host Rui! He brought a great energy to the tour. The only issue is if you are a vegetarian this is not a tour for you. I saw on the listing that vegetarian options would be available but I didn’t have a single option the entire tour except for the pastel de nata. Overall was a fun experience, but wish it was more accommodating to different diets.

Such a fun way to try Portuguese food! Mya was so friendly and so informative, she's so personable and has a great sense of humour! The food is pretty varied, so perhaps you may not like one meal, but it's likely you'll enjoy the other! This was my mum's birthday present and she really enjoyed walking through the beautiful city at midnight trying different foods and meeting new people. I definitely recommend if you are an inquisitive foodie!
