Very organized trip. Boat very comfortable and staff were amazing. It was relaxing and good value for the cost. I thoroughly enjoyed looking at the sights and of course the sunset. Food was ok and liked the fact that there is bar to purchase drinks . Great to relax with a glass of wine in your hand . I would definitely do it again. I usually travel solo and this trip is ideal for solo’s.

Beautiful scenery and comfortable seating although a little music or some commentary would have been appreciated. The tour was way too quiet.

Get there early so you can a good view. Sit at the top. It does get crowed at the the top pretty fast. Crew members where helpful

Arrive early if you want the top desk or middle desk. Lower desk isn't good as you can't see much especially if windows aren't clean. Also very unclear which boat we were supposed to queue up for as there were several departing at the same time.

Beautiful views across Lisbon

Beautiful boat ride with three floors. Staff were nice and brought drinks and light snacks. Only disadvantage to the boat ride is it has limited spaces to see the views on the beach on the top deck which is the only way to see the views. Some passengers were hogging chairs to put their items on and not letting people sit which is something that could have been addressed by staff.

Really good if you board first, if you are late in the queue you wont get a good seat… but overall is nice drink and nice snacks, it is lovely boat and the views are wonderful I do 100% recommend this tour

The worker at the port...

The worker at the port said my boat isn’t there so I had to get out of line (I was at the front), go to the ticket counter and the put me on a different boat. It seemed bigger and impersonal. The waiter was great who served me wine and snacks . No tour guide voice-overs but I was able to google as I watched. It was fine… I should of paid more for next level.

The boat was nice but the audio was difficult to keep with what we passed. I thought a real guide would be better but it was very nice and saw things that you can not see on land.

Worth it for the sunset

The views from the river were amazing and the sunset was definitely the highlight of the experience. There is a self-guided audio tour through an app should you need it. The snacks provided were fairly basic, and the bread seemed a little stale. The top deck also became very windy (just a heads up) but the view from the middle deck were just as good. That said, this isn't an expensive excursion, so it's important to keep expectations realistic. If you're looking for a budget-friendly way to get out on the water and enjoy some nice views, it does the job. Just don't go expecting a luxury or 5-star experience.

The staff was very friendly. If you have a nut allergy be careful with the desserts they serve on board and inform the staff. It gets windy out on the river.

Nice cruising on the Tagus river sipping wine( my choice ) and got some snacks. Stepping closer to the monuments to be photographed and experienced a wonderful sunset from far.

If you're here for a luxury cruise, this is not it. However, take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. When have you ever paid $36 dollars for a 2+hour ride somewhere? The people complaining about cost are just looking for something to complain about. The boat was on time. It was older, but clean. Definitely sit on a back corner on top or mid level back, the views are the least obstructed. Be patient, they will bring you your drink and snack, you dont have to rush to the bar (unless you want to buy something). The ride was peaceful, the views were beautiful, and the sunset with the bridge was stunning. We were exhausted from travel and wanted an easy way to take in some sights, and this was the right choice. Definitely recommend.

Snacks and service were great. Sights were nice. We spent 30 mins not being able to dock. I understand it’s not supposed to be guided but it would be nice if at the very least the site was pointed out. I missed 2 of the sites. Not sure if there is a speaker system to be able to do this. Lounge cushions could use a cleaning or replacement.

There is nothing wrong with tour, just not five stars. You are on a large three level boat, similar to a ferry. There is no narration, but there is a downloadable tour. The tour is very non-personal. Just a big boat of people. The steward serving our snacks and wine was very nice and helpful. The boat crew is also good. If what you are looking for is a good boat to take you out for awesome shots of the sunset in Lisbonz this is the perfect cruise for you. They views are amazing and the captain skillfully provides you a slow and perfectly guides tour to allow you to get multiple shots. The bottom level has a full bar and food. It is also fully enclosed and had comfortable couches and fluffy chairs to sit. The second level is partially enclosed, open on part of the roof. The top is fully open. If you are looking for smaller ship/ boat, with more personal interaction choose another tour.

This is one of the worst experiences as there was no Coordination between the company that actually operates and the staff who run the cruise…for someone who has travelled to all the continents except Antarctica I would rate this the worst.

Excellent way to see the sunset and Lisbon from the water. The Christ the King monument, Golden Gate Bridge and Belem Tower are beautiful. The drink and snacks were delicious. Excellent value for a great evening!

Even though weather was drizzly rain at the beginning of cruise still excellent viewing of Lisbon. No sunset due to clouds but excellent viewing of evening lights in Lisbon.

Staff was great, snacks were good, chairs need to be inspected and some replaced. My husband is of average weight, and the two legs on the right side of his chair collapsed when we hit a big wave. Not used to smoking being allowed outdoors on boats and while dining outdoors so that was a drawback for us when we had 2 people smoking at the same time and one pretty consistently throughout the cruise. I recommend planning to sit indoors right when you board if that bothers you or all the good seats will be gone by the time you come indoors. The audio wasn't playing at the correct monuments with the location/gps turned on. It was also frustrating that you couldn't listen to the audio and take a picture at the same time. When returning to the audio after taking a picture it wouldn't continue where it left off.

A sunset cruise experience

The trip is nice - sunset was a great time to go to see the beauty of the city. Get to the ticket booth and online early for best options for seating up top. We got there at 650pm for what we thought was a 710 departure but luckily turns out that that was the boarding time. The queue by that time was quite long (it was Easter weeks though). With the ticket you get a choice of a small Bottle of red or white wine or a beer or OJ or soft drink. If you want anything more it’s available for purchase. The bartenders were great and very friendly. They do bring out a plate of nuts olives bread and spreadable cheese and amazing dessert. Like everything in Lisbon they move of Portuguese time :). So boarding didn’t start until about 7:20 and we didn’t arrive back to shore yet and it’s 9:14pm. One note plenty of restrooms on board and really nice couches down on the two lowe decks - plenty of seating for all guests - just limited up top. So get there early for your seat choice. Also of note the bar is open right when you board so take advantage before everyone else does.

Better than expected

If you’re looking for a guided tour with a fancy party, this isn’t the trip for you. However, if you are looking for a relaxing trip, some snacks and a beautiful sunset, this was perfect. I read a lot of disappointed reviews, but most of them were, my view, bad timing, bad weather. We had no regrets doing this.

This is a really great cruise. The location is excellent. Prior to the cruise you can sit by the shore and view the sand sculptures created by locals. After the cruise it is easy to select a great place to dine. The subway is walking distance and so are several trams. The cruise itself was amazing. To see the sunset while in the boat is an awesome experience. The drinks and snacks were excellent. The boat itself was very comfortable.
