Reliable, Clean, and Friendly Transportation!

I took my husband to Venice to celebrate his 50th birthday a month early (we could only go in March), and neither of us had been to Venice before. The hotel we stayed at suggested getting to their location via water taxi. I wasn't familiar with how Venice worked, so I did research and came across Viator and this service from the Marco Polo airport to hotels which included a vehicle from the airport to the dock and then water taxi to our final destination. I chose this particular transportation company since they had the highest ratings, and I was not disappointed in the least! The gentleman overseeing the transportation at the airport was there early and waited patiently for us and another group to get our luggage. He then brought us out and each party got into their own vehicles, and he put the luggage in the back for us. The same man, who was extremely professional and friendly, drove us to the dock where we immediately got into a private water taxi for just the two of us. The two drivers handled our luggage for us, and off we went through the Grand Canal. Also important to note: the boat used for transport was a covered boat, so no matter the weather it will be a lovely ride. The driver was able to take us to a dock that was literally at the side of our hotel (the back of the hotel was on the canal but didn't have an entrance directly into it). All we had to do was walk along the side of the building and enter the front and we were there! It was such a beautiful way to enter Venice, and everyone involved was incredibly professional and prompt and friendly. They were so amazing that we booked them for when we had to head back to the airport and leave at 7am on a Saturday, and they were the same on the way back. The boat driver had to ask a delivery boat to move so we could get to the dock and board, but it was quick, and we were nice and early for our flight home. My husband and I had thought about trying to take public boat transit back to save a few dollars, but the public transportation doesn't guarantee arrival or departure times, so we used this company on the way back because we knew they were reliable and we wouldn't have to worry about being late for our flight or feeling rushed. I truly appreciate all of the coordination and professionalism of this transportation service, and I keep telling everyone I know that if they go to Venice to let me know because I have the perfect transportation for them.

Nazrin is a great photographer! She knew all the best spots and what times we needed to be there to avoid the crowds. As we went she let us see the photos to be sure we liked them and took the time to let us try different poses and make sure we had the exact shots we wanted to remember our mother/daughter trip. She was also so kind and great to chat with walking between the photo spots. This was our first time doing a professional photo shoot on a trip and it is a must do, I would not hesitate to do it with each new city I visit to have some good shots from my trip without a lot of people filling the background.

Such a fun experience!

This was an amazing experience! The apothecary is beautiful and the ladies so nice. The class was short, maybe an hour. You keep your recipe and can order your custom fragrance from them when yoy run out and they will ship! Oh you do Have to wait 30 days after making it here before you can wear it but thats OK, it smelled amazing once all the oils and alcohol was mixed. They also sell beautiful fragrances perfumes soaps and lovely gift ideas to take home. I really loved my experience and will be back next year! Grazie mille.

Great day in Pisa

This excursion is an excellent way to see the highlights of Pisa while docked in La Spezia. Smooth, Scenic & Stress-Free – The Perfect Start to Our Roman Vacation!

From the moment we landed at Fiumicino Airport, the bus transfer into Rome city centre was an absolute dream. After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to worry about taxis or trains – and this service made everything incredibly easy and relaxing. We found the bus stop right outside the arrivals terminal with clear signs, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Boarding was quick, the bus was clean, air-conditioned (a lifesaver in the August heat!), and the seats were comfortable. The journey took about 45 minutes, and along the way, we got views of Italy – rolling countryside, charming suburbs, and eventually the stunning skyline of Rome. The drop-off location was perfectly central, just a short distance from our hotel near Termini Station. What really stood out was the convenience and value for money. For just a few euros, we got a reliable, safe, and comfortable transfer without any stress. Way better than navigating public transport after a flight! Just Do It

Can you get from Rome to the cruise port more cheaply? Yes. Should you? Absolutely not. As much as I hate to admit it, we are older travelers now and the convenience of walking maybe a total of 40 steps outside between the door of the hotel and the door of the cruise port made the price more than worth it. No pulling our luggage down crowded, hot streets. No stressing about getting on the right train in Rome...THEN figuring out how to navigate from the 3km from the train station to the shuttle drop off. Just do it.
