Tour guide was late, and then she had to rush the end of the tour as some ppl had a gondola tour booked. The information and insights you get from Venice are quite basic. The tour was cheap so for that price it isn't that bad.

The tour started very chaotic. The staff didn't know where the guide was and they told us different things about where to gather. The tour started late and lasted for 1 hour instead of the 2 hours we paid for.
The tour guide didn't give us much information about the places we visited. We didn't learn new things. Very dissapointing. This was the worst walking tour we ever had.

This tour was ok, but nothing really grabbed me interest wise. Tour guide walked quickly and at times it was difficult to keep up. Thought we were going to see more ‘off the beaten track’ areas/things of interest.

To much time talking about what I feel was unnecessary. Spent the majority time in square, ran through rest of stuff. Was left on own to paid catch gondola ( 3 hours) after the tour was to end. Unorganized to stay the least

Valentina was a good guide, sometime it took her longer time to describe things. The content of the guided tour was adequate for the venue taken and the length of the tour. She shared many interesting stories and facts about the locations.

Meeting point was difficult to find, tried calling number, no one answered for 10 minutes. Finally located the point only to be told tour had left because we were 10 minutes late and we would not be able to catch up with them .
They did not offer another tour for the day.
Let’s see if they will reimburse us for a tour not gone on.

The walking tour was interesting. We enjoyed seeing the different neighborhoods that we would not have gone to on our own. There could have been more info given as we walked about the history of the buildings or Venice in general. We
Opted For the Gondola ride as the 2nd part
of The tour. We loved The virtual reality historical orientation part. We we’re really disappointed and frustrated that the App we downloaded for an audio tour on the gondola didn’t work. It would go to only 6 seconds of the info for each location and stop. It wanted us to pay extra For the info. This was not explained at the booking office where one of the tour guides helped me download the app.

The guide was an interesting guy-old timer in Venice. However, he doesn't like how Venice has changed and because he hates crowds, he didn't take us to some areas that were advertised.

Do not book this tour! The tour guide walked us around for 20 minutes, dropped us off at the gondola ride and that was it. It was supposed to be 2 hours, plus the ride. It was a total of 45 minutes! I asked for a refund and they refused. Do NOT use Viator!!! Completely misleading and false advertising!!!

We saw a lot of interesting places throughout Venice that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. But we didn't see San Marco Piazza on the tour. (Thankfully, we found it on our own by accident later.) Also, we were put with a very large tour group (more than 20 people), and we stayed at the back since we had a child with us. This meant that our radios kept cutting out whenever the tour guide would turn down the alleys ahead of us. And our tour was both for Spanish and English, so we had to listen to narration in both languages and probably didn't get as much information since the tour guide had to spend time telling everything in both languages.

We had a wonderful and interesting tour with a nice small group of eight. The 3D experience was a great start to learn some Venetian history. Valentina was lovely and very knowledgable. She told us many interesting facts and took us places we would never have come across on our own. Would recommend.
