Our driver arrived at our hotel a bit early of the agreed time at our hotel, which was great to not worry being late. He placed our luggage in the van, drove straight to train station. No problems, no stress. Relaxing drive promptly dropping us at the train station with plenty of time to board the train.

Driver showed up 20 mins early and insisted we leave and we were rushed and unable to eat breakfast. On the way a different driver texted me saying he was at the hotel but we had already left and the man we were with did not work for them. This left us pretty terrified and confused. We arrived at our destination fine but it was very off putting experience

Our driver was on time and got us to the train station in no time at all. Trains don’t board like planes so you won’t know your platform until 15 mins prior to leaving so don’t rush to get to the station if you already have your tickets. Restroom breaks are 1 euro so be prepared.

The driver was prompt, courteous and the car looked brand new. The service was equivalent to getting an upscale taxi at the hotel to the train station. Confirming the time for pick up was the only challenge because we did not speak Italian and we needed the hotel to contact him for us to make the departure arrangements.
