This was the perfect way to start our amalfi journey. Driver was great and met us easily at the train station. The car was super nice with great AC. The tour guide Lina was awesome - clearly very passionate and knowledgeable. She was very easy to talk to and she took some great pictures of us. Also recommended a bunch of restaurants to us in Sorrento that were all delicious. I hesitated a bit at the cost but so glad we did the private tour.

Our driver was helpful, van was clean and comfortable, Vincenzo brought us to a delicious restaurant for a light lunch. We decided to do the Pompeii tour, glad we did. Umbreto was our tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and you could see he enjoyed sharing the history of this city. Highly recommend this tour.

Driver was waiting for us at train station on time and had previously communicated as to where they would be. Helped with bags to van parked outside. Very easy. Car was very clean with good air conditioning. We went to Pompeii where the tour company set us up with a private tour guide. She was excellent and kept us informed and all family members engaged for about 2 hrs. Even made sure we stopped in the shade to talk and learn. Back to the bus and enjoyed the air conditioning again and arrived safely at hotel in Sorrento. Would recommend.

Very glad we booked this! We got off the train and immediately saw our driver, Mauricio, with a sign for us. He drove us to Pompeii, provided us with waters, and waited while we explored. Then he took us to Sorrento. Fantastic experience!

Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and help us with our luggage to his very comforable air conditioned car. We stopped on the way to our hotel in Sorrento at Pompeii for a 3 hour self guided tour. We ended up just spending 2.5 hours since it was so hot. Pompeii was very fascinating and I would have gotten a lot more out of it if we booked a tour rather than just go at it alone. Come prepared as there is NO shade at all. After Pompeii we continued on our way Sorrento.

Our driver was on time, met us in the train terminal right outside the platform and helped with luggage to car. The company’s communication was superb and explained how to get the entry ticket (2 Euro) to the express experience in Pompeii. They also arranged for a guide in Pompeii for a 2 hour tour which was an additional cost paid directly to the tour guide. The tour in Pompeii was so informative. (Wear a hat, use sunscreen and take water because there is no shade and it is HOT!). After the tour in Pompeii, the driver met us at the exit, and we travelled on to Sorrento. Our driver called ahead to our hotel so they could meet us at the car upon arrival. Excellent service from start to finish.

Rafael was our driver and he was great! He was waiting at the train station with a sign that had our names on it and was very friendly. Gave us a lot of information while we traveled and stopped at Pompeii and waited 2 hours for us. Great experience!

We were going Rome to Naples to Pompeii to Sorrento. Our driver, Gino, was fantastic! He picked us up right when our train got into Naples and quickly got us on the road. We chose the option to stop in Pompeii and the company was able to coordinate a private Pompeii tour, which was awesome! Our tour guide helped us see all the important things at Pompeii while also keeping us from being in the crowds. After Pompeii, Gino picked us up right where he left us and we traveled to Sorrento. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area of Italy we were in. He even stopped so we could take pictures of the coast just prior to getting into Sorrento. This was definitely worth it to not have to worry about moving luggage from train to train and trying to keep it safe. Would definitely recommend

We were a group of 4 ladies with lady luggage and this was perfect. We didn’t want to deal with other public transportation while hauling luggage and our driver was a great asset. We stopped in Pompeii and our guide there was fantastic. We were thankful to have our luggage still held securely with our driver. Lena our tour guide kept things at our pace and let us ask all the crazy questions we could think of. This was a great beginning to our Amalfi coast trip!

Our driver, Niccolo, met us on time at the train station. His meet up instructions were spot on. He was courteous, friendly and engaging but knew when to give us some quiet time. Our time in Pompeii was perfect. Our guide there was very knowledgeable and gave us a tour of the highlights over two hours which was all we needed during a travel day.

Our driver was ready and waiting with a sign when we arrived and parked close to the train station for a quick departure. The added stop in Pompei was well worth it! The guide that was arranged for us was fantastic. She made history relatable and interesting for our teen age children. This was a perfect combination of a travel and activity day.

This was well worth it and the company is very very good at communicating from the very beginning. It was so nice to be met at the train station by a driver and then have him take us to Pompeii and then our Airbnb in Sorrento. The experience was completely stress free. They set up lunch and a personal tour guide for us in Pompeii. Then our driver, Leo, took the scenic route for us to enjoy the coast. I was so impressed with how wonderful they were at communicating from the beginning that I also booked them to
take us to our 6am return flight from Sorrento to Naples. It was nice to have the peace of mind that we had someone to pick us up at our Airbnb at 2:45 in the morning.

I regret the delay in responding to your important comment. It was a surprise to see it, and I took a few days to investigate and take the necessary measures.
Unfortunately your train was almost an hour late and we called another company to guarantee your transportation. It is not very nice to see that after so much effort to be able to provide an excellent service, we have to fall for traps of this kind procured by one of our partners who seemed reliable and who only had to support us and you in a moment of difficulty in the very high season.

We had our driver pick us up from the airport, very easy and seamless process there. But he spoke very little English. When we stopped in Pompei, we didn’t have much time there, and he provided no recommendations for guides or headset tours when asked about the process. He was quiet on the drive mostly because the language barrier I believe. Average experience, three stars for the ease of our transfer, his good punctuality, and getting us there timely and safely. Nice man, but if you only know very little Italian, we wouldn’t necessarily recommend him!
