The communication before the trip was spot on. The vehicle was big enough to accommodate all our luggage. It was clean and looked well maintained and new. The operator was very helpful in communication before the transfer. He pointed us to the fact that our train was cancelled. This prompted us to go to the train station early and catch an earlier train. I rate this experience 5 stars.

Wish I could give this driver zero stars. He was RUDE! It was pouring rain and we tried to buy umbrellas at the pharmacy in front of the pick up location and he yelled at us that he had no time for that. We then got in the car and he fussed at me for not getting the vouchers out fast enough. He then yelled at traffic and drove crazy the whole way to the hotel. It was AWFUL! This is my first bad review of my entire stay in Italy

Our experience started the moment I booked. The company was thorough getting the address of our place and our driver was waiting when our train arrived with a sign in hand. The very nice gentleman was pointing out points of interest on the way to our Airbnb and answered questions. The gentleman driver loves his city! He brought our bags up the very uneven cobblestone path so I didn’t have to. I will absolutely use this service again.
