We had a wonderful experience with this photoshoot. Communications were very easy and efficient. We met in a main area and went to many beautiful sites for photos with our photographer and had a lovely time. She was very kind and made us feel very comfortable. We are so grateful for the beautiful photographs to commemorate a special trip to Florence!

We met near the main cathedral in Florence. Despite only a 30-minute time, we were able to get a lot of photos taken. Victoria was our photographer and she was great, and super efficient. She also suggested a different time of day than the one I scheduled for the best lighting. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible experience with our photographer in Florence on March 16. She was punctual, professional, and immediately made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She guided us through several beautiful locations and had such a great eye for lighting and composition. I especially appreciated how patient and thoughtful she was; she would wait for the perfect moment when people cleared the background and made sure everything looked just right before taking the shot. Her calm and friendly personality made the entire experience feel relaxed and fun rather than staged. It honestly felt like exploring the city with someone who truly knows how to capture its beauty. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, kind, and dedicated to getting the perfect photo, she is absolutely wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience in this mother daughter photo shoot. Elena was our photographer and was superb! She was easy to communicate with before the scheduled day. We were able to set up a meeting point and I was able to explain to her that my mother has some difficulty walking long distances, so she was able to accommodate us for locations. The actual photo experience was amazing. Elena captured wonderful images that we will have to last us a lifetime and remember our experience here. Elena was so kind and very professional. She knew all the perfect spots! Her English was easy to understand and she was able to answer my questions about recommendations for our time in Florence. Highly recommend Elena and Picster!

I did a solo Birthday photoshoot. Viktoria was super friendly; communication with her was quick and reliable. She had great suggestions for poses during my session. The turnaround for photo selection (she does not handle this, Viator does) is slow though. I did my photoshot last December 12th at 8 am, and it's December 14th very late evening (almost midnight) and I have not heard back from Viator about my photos.

We find this very unfair and somewhat misleading. Viktoria was waiting for you for over two hours - the meeting didn't take place because you claim your phone battery died. We are very disappointed to read this review, and we'd like to make all other readers aware that we deem this review false. We take great pride in our customer service, and we view our photoshoots as valuable, precious time together - we go to great lengths to make sure everyone 1) gets their photoshoot, and 2) has a fantastic time.

This was one of highlights of our trip! Viktoria was a fantastic photographer who instantly made us feel comfortable, even though it was our first time doing a photoshoot and we were definitely a bit awkward at first. She guided us with simple, natural poses and took us to beautiful spots around the city. The session ended up feeling fun and relaxed, and the final photos were great! Highly recommend!

What a lovely thing to do while on holiday - we spent time with Victoria who took the loveliest photos of us exploring Florence. Our booking got moved due to a double booking but we were so glad as we managed to get an earlier morning slot before it got really busy and too hot! Elena was so nice. She did a great job. You should have some pose ideas, but she will put you in the right place for the light and the setting. Notably, it is August in Florence and unbelievably warm. We did a late morning session. If you are booking this time of year, I would suggest early morning or late evening.
