I booked this transfer months in advance. The company reached out just before our trip to confirm that they would be there, and even suggested changing our pick up time, which we did. It was the right decision! Our driver was there waiting for us when we arrived and quickly helped us to our awaiting van. He was very friendly and welcoming and got us to our hotel without any issues. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service! Our driver Antonio arrived early to our hotel and met us in the lobby, and assisted us with our bags. Very polite and courteous. We rode in a very comfortable Mercedes station wagon with plenty of legroom and were provided complimentary water bottles. Got to our destination safely and on time.

This is the only way to hop off the boat and experience a relaxing ride to your destination! Antonio arrived on time and ready to assist with luggage. He was very polite and pleasant. This was a cruise shore excursion. Meet up in Livorno was well organized and easy. Small group on nice bus. Pisa and Lucca are not far from Livorno so travel time was pleasantly limited on this outing. Pisa was so beautiful, much better than I expected...a Tourist spot yes, but so worth it! Doesnt need a long visit if you just want to walk the area. This tour is too short for climbing the Tower, FYI. Lucca was a wonderful , unique town. Walk the wall and relax! George, our guide had lots of helpful advice for this "self guided tour", provided very good walking maps, and excellent communication for our meet ups. But actually guided us quite a bit sharing a lot of knowledge about both towns! This was one of the best value tours I've taken and also a more laid back one!

This was the safest, most comfortable way to get directly from Central Rome to our cruise ship. Eight adults and 17 pieces of luggage fit in the one van, the biggest we ever had in Rome. Emanuele loaded and unloaded the luggage and literally got us within steps of turning in the luggage at the pier. Smooth safe experience, kind and professional service. Great value! This will be my first choice anytime I need to catch a cruise again while staying in Central Rome.

From the moment we landed at Fiumicino Airport, the bus transfer into Rome city centre was an absolute dream. After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to worry about taxis or trains – and this service made everything incredibly easy and relaxing. We found the bus stop right outside the arrivals terminal with clear signs, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Boarding was quick, the bus was clean, air-conditioned (a lifesaver in the August heat!), and the seats were comfortable. The journey took about 45 minutes, and along the way, we got views of Italy – rolling countryside, charming suburbs, and eventually the stunning skyline of Rome. The drop-off location was perfectly central, just a short distance from our hotel near Termini Station. What really stood out was the convenience and value for money. For just a few euros, we got a reliable, safe, and comfortable transfer without any stress. Way better than navigating public transport after a flight! Highly recommended for anyone flying into Fiumicino – it’s the perfect introduction to the Eternal City. Would absolutely use it again on our next visit. Grazie mille!

We used drivers from Naples to Sorrento and and back. . Both drivers were on time and took routes to avoid traffic snarls. Both had air conditioned Mercedes that were spotless. One driver , Francesco , spoke excellent English . He provided us with useful advice regarding the Almalfi coast.

On time and professional. The driver was outside of the hotel 20 minutes early. He helped us with our bags and load up the minivan. It was a very spacious large van. Plenty of seating for all six of us. It was a smooth drive all the way to the cruise port where it was our destination.
