A Truly Memorable Experience

What a truly memorable tour experience! I can’t stop telling people about it! We had such a relaxing, fun, and peaceful ride around Florence, stopping at important tourist attractions and learning a lot of history from our super nice and chill tour guide, Giulio. To top it all off, we got tons of smiles from everyone as we zipped through the streets in a cute vintage Fiat and we also had a lovely wine break looking at the Tuscan hillside. My daughter and I had the pleasure of spending time with Shaggy during our trip to Rome, and it was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. From the moment we met, Shaggy made us both feel completely at ease. She was incredibly warm, patient, and especially kind with my daughter, which made the entire experience feel natural and enjoyable. Our session included both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, and Shaggy did so much more than take beautiful photos. She helped us navigate between the locations, shared recommendations for fantastic local restaurants and delicious gelato, and made us feel like we were exploring Rome with a friend who genuinely cared about making our visit special. The photos she captured are absolutely stunning and perfectly preserve memories that my daughter and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. Our driver was excellent, he was there early, by almost 20 minutes, but walked in to our hotel to find us. We talked a lot with the other passengers on our drive, but we got there safely and early! The experience was excellent. The driver was kind, patient and very helpful. He was there way before I got to the airport exit and sent me a message with a picture so I knew how to find him. He took most of my family’s luggage and when I struggled with one piece, he took that too. He gave us water for the journey and even had a good attitude when we realized we booked transport to the wrong hotel. He took us to the new one which was further with no issue. If I could use this company for my travel the whole time I’m in Italy, I would.

Gets You Directly to the Ship @ the Pier!

This was the safest, most comfortable way to get directly from Central Rome to our cruise ship. Eight adults and 17 pieces of luggage fit in the one van, the biggest we ever had in Rome. Emanuele loaded and unloaded the luggage and literally got us within steps of turning in the luggage at the pier. Smooth safe experience, kind and professional service. Great value! This will be my first choice anytime I need to catch a cruise again while staying in Central Rome.

From the moment we landed at Fiumicino Airport, the bus transfer into Rome city centre was an absolute dream. After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to worry about taxis or trains – and this service made everything incredibly easy and relaxing. We found the bus stop right outside the arrivals terminal with clear signs, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Boarding was quick, the bus was clean, air-conditioned (a lifesaver in the August heat!), and the seats were comfortable. The journey took about 45 minutes, and along the way, we got views of Italy – rolling countryside, charming suburbs, and eventually the stunning skyline of Rome. The drop-off location was perfectly central, just a short distance from our hotel near Termini Station. What really stood out was the convenience and value for money. For just a few euros, we got a reliable, safe, and comfortable transfer without any stress. Way better than navigating public transport after a flight! Highly recommended for anyone flying into Fiumicino – it’s the perfect introduction to the Eternal City. Would absolutely use it again on our next visit. Grazie mille!
