We found the amount of time we had in Rome one you take off travel time was enough for us. We were dropped off at the colloseum for a small additional fee which we were happy to pay and we walked back towards the pick up point at our leisure, taking in the main places of interest. We even had time for lunch and then an apperol spritz and cake. Nice clear instructions for the pick up. The only thing id say is that it might not be enough time to do all that if you want to actually go inside the colloseum, as the queues were huge, so be aware. For feedback, the only thing I can think of is that the company name could do with being on the ticket or the booking, as there are loads of companies at the port and we didn't know which one we were with just by looking at the ticket info etc. Would make it easier for people to ask when they arrive, or see the company booth if the name is easy to find on their info

our bus sold refreshments, water/soft drinks, which was a good thing.
buses were clean, on time and dropped us off at convenient locations.
Staff was friendly and easy to understand
It would have been better if the bus left Rome later than 4 pm.

The staff were at the cruise port but there was no clear area to gather for the bus. We weren't notified when our bus was there, we only noticed a group leaving and realised that it was our group. The bus was late leaving which meant we had less time to spend in Rome. There was no-one on the bus who spoke English which made the communication on meeting points and the time difficult. We weren't given a map and no drinks were available on the bus. When we were leaving no-one checked who was on the bus.

I cruised into the port and this was the most economic way into Rome. I wish we had more time in Rome than a few short hours but this was very economical and convenient. The ship offered transportation into Rome but it was almost double the price! Relaxing and easy to get on and off plus they were very good about informing us where to meet to be picked up and dropped off!

We are very dissapointed with this transfer company.. We decided to go on our own to see the things that mattered to us in Rome, as the cruise line did not provided a complete tour that included the places we wanted to go.. After reading the good reviews for punctuality we booked for transfer.. the bus was supposed to leave between 9:30 and 9:45.. it left after 10am, getting there a bit after 11:30am. we bought tickets for tour in the vatican and tickets for colosseum, because we arrived so late I had to change the hour for the tour to the vatican thank God for this tour company when in rome tours that were more than helpful and accomodated us in the next tour .. we paid to also see the basilica but we had to go without see it. We needed to go before the tour ended because we had to be back at 4:00 in the bus, so that meant no basilica for us, also bye bye colosseum tour because we could not go due to the late arriving of the transfer..
So sorry but will not book with this company again.. and over hearring other passenger when getting back to the ship, the same thing happened to them..

We walked from the drop-off point to Piazza di Spagna, the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Arco di Constantino, Altare Della Patria, Pantheon, Piazza Navano, Castello st.Angelo and San Pietro.
And still had time to do a terrace before the bus came to pick us back.

Viajaba con mi padre de 85 años y mi hija de 9. Escogi este bus porque me recogia en el puerto y me dejaba a las 11-11:15 en el Coliseo. Lo decia su web, y llame y escribi whatsup para solicitar confirmación. Debia salir a las 9:40 del puerto. Eso compre y eso pone la voucher. En realidad, salio a las 10:10 y te nos dejo en el vaticano, no nos ofrecieron alterntiva y aunque cogiemos un taxi para intentar llegar, no llegamos a la visita guiada al coliseo y el palatinado de 3h y 200eur. Se mostraron chulescos y desagradables, especialmente el guia en el bus que nos critico en italiano unos cuantos minutos, hasta que me levante y le pedi que parara, y que nos diera lo contratado. Caso omiso. Ya en el bus camino de Roma, hay 1,5h, a otras personas que llevaban 2 excursiones diferentes, les dijo que solo haria 1, y que ya devolverian el dinero de la diferencia con la otra, y se quedaron tan anchos.
Dia arruinado, era la ilusion de mi padre y por lo tanto la mia, que no se recuperara, increible que Viator siga con semejantes estafadores. :-(

Consideramos que se trata de un malentendido, pues en nuestra web dice que la llegada A ROMA (primer stop es Zanardelli) es aproximadamente una hora despues de la salida del bus. Revisando la conversacion en Whatsapp con la cliente, la pregunta que ella hizo fue "a que hora se llega a Roma" y la respuesta que se le dio fue "aproximadamente a las 11".
Ella nos contactò por telefono, preguntando si nosotros tambien eramos los organizadores de la excursion al Coliseo, y respondimos que no, por la misma razon se le indicò por whatsapp el punto de salida de nuestro bus, y compartimos tambien el lugar exacto en el mapa.
En cuanto a lo dicho sobre nuestro guia, pedimos disculpas si ella sintiò que la estaba criticando, pero nuestro guia estaba en contacto con un taxi para que la cliente pudiese llegar al coliseo, y fue nuestro personal quien le consiguiò este taxi a la cliente.
Por ultimo, en cuanto a lo mencionado sobre los otros clientes, ninguno de los otros clientes ha escrito para quejarse, ni se quejaron con nuestro personal.
Lamentamos que la experiencia no haya sido agradable, consideramos que se derivò a causa de malentendidos entre nuestro personal y la cliente.

Abfahrt war zwar etwas verspätet, aber dennoch kein Problem. Alles gut organisiert. Wurden gleich in der Nähe des Petersplatz abgesetzt und dort auch wieder pünktlich abgeholt. Fahrt war angenehm da es ein moderner komfortabler Reisebus war.

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Klimatisierter Bus. Alles sehr gut organisiert. Etwas hektisch geht‘s im Abfahrts-Busbahnhof zu. Hier gilt‘s die Übersicht zu behalten. Auch die Preise sind im Gegensatz zum deutlich überteuerten Transfer via Aida-Schiffsausflug sehr in Ordnung. Jederzeit wieder!

Es hat alles super geklappt. Pünktlich abgeholt und via Autobahn in einem Klimatisierten Bus in etwas mehr als einer Stunde zentral in Rom angekommen.
