Vito was on time & very nice. Very helpful when we went to pick up the rental car. Told us where to go and then pick up our friends where they were waiting with all the luggage.

There was a problem with the pick up time but Matteo quickly contacted the driver and got him to pick us up.
The driver, also Matteo, was great. We had a very pleasant conversation during the drive and he gave us a quick tour of the colosseum and the president palace.

Matteo arrived early for transport from the hotel to airport, standing in the lobby waiting for me. The car was in excellent condition. When dropped off at the airport, he directed me to the exact door/area where I needed to go. Very helpful as it was my first time at FCO airport.

Driver was on time and efficiently transported us to the airport. However, he came with a minivan type vehicle and there were 6 adults each with a large suitcase as well as a carryon bag and a backpack. All of this was indicated when the reservation was made. While he made it work, it was with the tailgate being slammed repeatedly to push in on the luggage.

Great communication to confirm our booking and departure time back to the airport. Our driver arrived on time, early in the morning, and we appreciated that they brought the car seat we requested for our daughter. We actually utilized the services of Mia Limo upon our arrival in Rome, and our departure 2 days later. There was some confusion upon our arrival, as we were picked up at the airport, but we did not fly in that day. Rather we got to the airport from the port following a Disney Cruise. As a result we had to scramble a bit once we got to the airport from the cruise port. Matteo, from Mia Limo was so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was resolved and we did not loose a beat. When we departed our driver was 10 minutes early and everything went without a hitch. Would HIGHLY RECOMMED Mia Limo for your travels in and around Rome.
