Make sure you book a van or similar if you have extra luggage.
It took less than 1 hour from hote in Romel to port in a Saturday morning.

Viator driver was at the meet site way before our original meet time. Which was good for us because our plane arrived early! He helped load our luggage into his very clean van. Plus he spoke English, so we were able to communicate with him!

Driver was on time and courteous. However, having us walk with several large suitcases from terminal to parking garage was not expected.

Unfortunately, the parking area where our vehicles are located is designated by the Fiumicino Airport Authority, and picking up passengers outside this area would result in very heavy fines. Please note that Fiumicino Airport provides a free assistance service with staff and wheelchairs to help passengers with limited mobility reach the authorized NCC (limo service) parking area safely and comfortably.

Arrived early which was so appreciated to get us to our next destination. Wish I would have known how difficult it is to get taxi ride in Roma would have booked the driver and car for entire day!

This was a perfect option for transport to the cruise port. We had six couples traveling together with lots of luggage. Prior to pickup they answered all my questions promptly. Day of pickup they were on time, friendly and vans were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

The cars arrived prior to the scheduled pick up which helped alleviate the stress of the ride to the cruise port. The drivers were friendly and attentive and the bus and car were both well air conditioned and incredibly clean. Communciation leading up to our transport was quick and all details were confirmed which also helped put my traveling nerves to ease.

Our driver was talking on the phone while driving, speeding at 140 kilometres per hour and not sure how to get to the specific location for a ship at the port. Not a pleasant experience
