This is the only way to travel to the Port as far as I am concerned! If you like to hit the "easy" button on disembarkation day, than you MUST ask for Antonio!! He knew how to avoid the streets being shutdown for the big marathon allowing us to reach the Port very timely. He answered questions along the way making the trip super enjoyable. We would definitely book with Viator again!!

Amazing Service from Port to Hotel

Luca was amazing! His communication and service were of the utmost professionalism. Our family arrived via cruise line and Luca let us know the night before disembarkation when he would arrive. When we got off the ship (earlier than the cruise line told us) Luca was only 10 minutes away. My mother does not move well, and he helped make sure she entered and exited the vehicle safely each time. Never during our journey did we feel unsafe in the van. Luca showed a few points of interest, answered all of our questions, and delivered us to the front of the hotel effortlessly. Definitely would use this car service and ask for Luca again.

Beautiful Drive with a great driver!

Rosario was great at picking us up in Naples and driving us down to Sorrento. So glad I booked him and didn’t try to take the train. Would recommend!

The driver texted the day before saying that our vehicle had an “emergency breakdown” and that we’d be given a different car instead, which we found odd given that we hadn’t chosen a vehicle. Other than that, everything was great! Very friendly driver and clean car. On time.

Very Accommodating

I messed up the arrival date. They were very nice and rescheduled a driver for us. It did cost an additional amount but I didn’t realize my error until the driver called me to say he was waiting. The additional fee was warranted since it was my error and they had sent a driver. The van was very clean and Francesco was very nice and professional.
