Our driver, Carlos, provided a truly comfortable and seamless transfer from the airport to our hotel. The drive was just over an hour, and after a long 12+ hour flight, we were completely exhausted. Thankfully, Carlos’s smooth and careful driving allowed us to rest peacefully for most of the journey. He was respectful of our need to sleep and did not disturb us, which we greatly appreciated. Carlos was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the experience. I booked a Private Transfer from Fiumicino Airport to Rome Center through Viator. After landing, I informed the driver I was going through customs, which took a long time, followed by a delay due to a misplaced bag. The driver never mentioned any waiting time limit or that he would be leaving. When we finally exited, he was gone. Leaving us stranded at the airport despite having paid for a private transfer. Company first told me I would receive a refund but later refused. This was very disappointing since I acted in good faith, kept the driver updated, and never received the service I paid for. Poor communication and lack of accountability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their service.

We had an easy seamless experience. Our flight arrived in Rome at 8:00 AM but we were not scheduled to be picked up at the airport until 10:00 AM. Our driver was there and ready to transfer us to our hotel at 8:30 AM. We didn't even have to call to ask to be picked up early. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

In advance, he told me he will only be at the airport one hour. I had no problem since I assumed the hour would start at a reasonable time, maybe after our plane arrived??????? He apparently arrived at 18:35, our plane landed at 18:47, we still had to taxi to the gate, walk to baggage claim, and it was a long wait for our luggage. He left at 19:35, we had not even gotten our luggage yet. I asked for a 20:00 pickup exactly for this reason. I have screenshots to document everything and will be asking Viator to reverse the charges.
