Excellent service!!! We happened to be just about the last ones out of baggage claim and our guy was there with our name. Very efficient and kind. Got us to our hotel no problem! Would definitely use again. Black van was clean, spotless. He had waters for us. Just all around excellent experience!!

Our name was clearly and prominently displayed when we landed in Palermo. Our driver was amazing, the vehicle was clean and all went without incident. It may be a bit pricier than a taxi or other form of transfer, but this is one portion of our vacation we wanted stress free. Highly recommend this service. I received an email while boarding my flight telling me where my driver would wait. When I arrived near the exit driver was holding a clear sign with my name. He helped us with with all of our luggage’s had a cart ready to go. Helped my kids into car and offered us water. He drove at a comfortable pace. My only regret is not using him on the way back to the airport on our outbound flight that transfer was a disaster! Book these guys instead!
