Driver was great the van clean and new. We had to contact the provider when they didn't show up as we exited the cruise ship and waited about 30 mins. We contacted them and they were on site in about 30 mins more so no issue. He explained that TripAdvisor is sending them the bookings in the wrong order so they didnt see ours that had been booked about 90 days ago.

Driver was very "annoyed " we had booked thru Viator.. complained repeatedly that we should have booked direct. Was equally upset we had 2 wheelchairs, even though we had clearly indicated this in our booking..Made the ship but mostly an average experience

i am sad to see this review , as you had a lot of luggage and 2 wheelchair and a foldable scooter, the driver had to put down the seats just to load that , thing that he was not supposed to do as he could get a fine, he did that just to drive you and not to have to call another vehicle...the presence of the 2 wheelchairs and foldable scooter was not indicated in the booking , maybe you said it to some Viator operator but it was not in our booking, we didn t know about it...as for the thing with viator booking i don t really know what you mean...

Rolando was great! He responded very quickly via WhatsApp once we arrived. He accommodated us by taking us to the destination we booked even though Viator did not send him our booking. He assisted us with additional transportation as well and it made our trip stress free. His partner, Vassile, was excellent too! Gracias muchisimo!

I am extremely unhappy. We had a 1pm pick up at the hotel. By 1:15 I messaged the company asking what the ETA was. The response I got was unacceptable. I was told unfortunately because of traffic the driver would not be there in time to take to the port in time. So they cancelled the reservation and refunded us and told us to ask the hotel to help us find a ride. Totally unacceptable since I booked this months ago. Fortunately I was able to find a ride on my own for less money.
I do not recommend you use this service.

the traffic in Roma is sometimes a problem ,you were informed that the driver was gonna be late, you got your money back ,you were offered another ride from the hotel , you got to the port in time to your ship that was leaving the port at 7 pm, now you write a bad review just because you are mean , you booked this months ago and the driver was supposed to sleep outside the hotel , right??we are not supposed to do anything else that day , just drive you...by the way , even the air companies give you a landing time and sometimes are hours late..

you are a crazy lady , we , drivers pay each other some of the trips we exchange... the fact that i gave my collegue 200 euro you thought it was a drog deal??? i can t believe i see clients so stupid!!!! as for being late 5 10 min you shuld consider yourself lucky you had a driver because with 4 or 5 ships in the port and only 1000 cars someone will be without a driver , remember we don t sleep outside the ship , we have everyday 3 4 trips in the morning to the airport or Roma , and in 400 500 km everyday , delays can come up

Charge $300 never returned email, then told us we should take a taxi then told us we had to share a ride. When we told them we wanted to be charged half since they were two customers in vehicle they filed with us and returned us to the taxi station. I will make sure my 2 million followers hear about this.

the fact that you paid 300 euro to a taxi is not our fault , we did offered a shared transfer which you denied , in a very busy day that Viator overbooked us and there were too many passengers at the port , we tried not to cancel your trip but put you in a van with another couple and save 40 percent ,you were gonna pay 50 euro per person in a mercedes van with another couple going to the same hotel , you denied and end up to pay 300 euro to a taxi ... who s fault is it???
