An excellent tour! Ignacio is a delightful and talented guide, taking great care to see that everyone was well cared for on a very hot day! Assistant Bea was great, and Driver Reka too-- together they solved many logistical challenges with grace and humor, and kept us on schedule for a timely return to our ship-very important!! Very good Tuscan experience

Very well organized and private guided tour with a great balance of guided activities and free time. Lunch at the winery was very good. Lorenzo did a very good job as our guide. He was knowledgeable, sincere, and provided in-depth knowledge throughout the tour. Alex was also an excellent driver and drove safely and comfortably throughout the entire 10-hour tour. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

st moritz is a dream….

This experience was my favorite part of my trip to Milan. I can’t describe how wonderful st moritz was, and the props to the bus driver for driving a load of tourists up an incredibly steep and curvy mountain to get us there! Our tour guide was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. She explained everything well throughout the trip and made everyone feel safe on the journey. I couldn’t recommend this trip more to people who want to see this wonderful little town during their stay in Italy.

Great tour!

This was a great trip:tour. Hugely knowledgeable guide and a good tour of Pompeii itself for c. 2 hours. You could spend 4 days at the excavation so can’t expect to see everything, but lots of detail packed in. Pompeii is on a hill so this is physically demanding, especially in Summer heat. Obviously triads and paths are very uneven. God driver and coach transfer.

Great tour!

Giuseppe was a phenomenal guide! Even in the heat wave, he helped make the tour not feel overwhelming and made sure we took many water breaks – it was very well-paced, but still informative. There’s loads of water fountains at both sites along the tour path. We did not go with the lunch option to eat with the group, but he showed us his favorite restaurants in Tivoli before we split off from everyone. He gave us freedom to walk around and enjoy the sites, can’t same enough good things about him!

We had an excellent experience on the underground tour in Naples. Our guide, Klara, was absolutely fantastic. She shared the history with incredible energy and enthusiasm from beginning to end, making every part of the tour engaging and memorable. Her knowledge of the catacombs and the history of Naples is truly impressive. She answered every question with confidence and added fascinating details that brought the city’s past to life. What made the experience even more special was how clearly you could feel her pride in being from Naples. Her passion for her city is genuine and contagious, and it made us appreciate Naples even more. If you’re visiting Naples, this tour is a must, and if you’re lucky enough to have Klara as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!

Brian was an excellent guide and this tour was the perfect length of time to see many of the highlights of Florence!! Great combination of history, culture as well as recommendations for shopping and other places to visit in the City. The skip the line to see the Davis was well worth this ticket, especially with the record breaking heat! Would highly recommend this tour - our groups of 5 including two teenagers loved it!

Best tour of Italy!

Our tour guide was Anastasia, and she was fantastic. We had some disappointmenting tours in Rome and thought we just weren’t tour people. She completely changed our minds! We were lucky enough to be the only people in our group, so it ended up being like a private tour. Anastasia actually talks to you, instead of the paintings and statues you’re looking at, and she’s full of interesting information. Some of our guides were difficult to understand but she spoke excellent English. She was by far our best tour guide in Italy. The Uffizi itself is massive and houses a majestic collection. It wasn’t totally packed which was a nice change. Outside the building are many artists painting and selling art, and we each bought several paintings.

Fantastic day in Rome!

GREAT way to see the major sites in a short amount of time! We were only going to be in Rome for a day - so this was perfect!!! The guides were lovely and knowledgeable, and the driver was extremely attentive and knowledgeable as well!! The whole day was lovely - would highly recommend to others!!!!! The day is planned very well- packing a lot into a short amount of time. We loved Eliza who was just so knowledgeable about Rome and it's history!!! She spent the morning with us at the Colosseum and the Forum. Then we had lunch at a lovely little cafe - very good pasta!! The afternoon was at the Vatican with Francesca who clearly is a pro! So nice to skip all of the lines and walk right in - and she knew all of the shortcuts!!! Alfred was our driver - and such a wonderful person! He took great care of us for the day and went the extra mile to make certain we saw everything along the way that was of importance to us. All in all - a wonderful day!!! Worth every penny!
