This as a great tour of Etna! Our guide Amelia was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hike is steep and is a challenge.

Incredible experience. Daphne was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and engaging. Our daughter teaches about volcanoes, and Daphne had many insights that will make her lessons on Mt Etna very special for her students. If you are booking it as an excursion from a cruise ship, the meeting place is about a 10-15 minute walk from the cruise port.

Luca was AMAZING! We had a great time with him. He handled the kids that were in the other van with kindness. Even though they annoyed everyone but their parents.

From pickup to dropoff, Leonardo was amazing! He is very knowledgeable bout Etna and is a patient guide who helped us along this trip. Please wear shoes that have traction because you will need it! Everything about this tour was positive and we would highly recommend it!

Excellent excellent excellent! Two things , though you should know it's a little more strenuous than depicted , and the van we were in rides pretty rough (like how about getting some new shock absorbers)! Guide was exceptional! Experience was awesome and well worth it.

We had a wonderful morning with Luca driving around looking at beautiful Etna and it’s craters via the small surrounding Villages. We also went into a Lava Tunnel which was a very surreal experience. The landscape was surprising full of flora and fauna - and Luca has some really interesting information throughout. We were also blessed with fantastic weather so got to see lots! Highly recommend! 😊

This excursion was excellent! The tour is beautiful, featuring an easy walk around secondary craters and a 200-meter visit inside a lava cave. Gabrielle is an outstanding guide: friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable, providing plenty of interesting and valuable information throughout the experience.

Nice adventure! Volcano and cave tour were unique and interesting. Hike would be challenging for someone who is not reasonably fit. Guides were very informative and thoughtful.

Luca ensured that every moment of this experience was unforgettable. During our drive to the site, he gave us background history of Catania and Mt Etna to prepare us for the adventure. When we got there, our first stop was an idyllic area where we got to take in an old lava flow. It was huge and beautiful. During that time, we sampled local trays, homemade biscotti and local wine, if we wished. After that, we drove down the road. Suited up with helmets and flashlights, we explored an old lava tube, with his guidance, an experience of a lifetime. Before our final adventure, we we given time for a snack and a break. We then hiked about about an hour around the rim of an amazing volcanic crater, truly amazing. Luca guide. He truly cared sbout those of us he guiding, not about himself, upselling us, or angling for a big tip, as we experienced just the day before. He made sure I comfortable with the hike. I am pretty fit, but older and had recent back issues. I am so glad he encouraged me to try it and he looked out for me along the way. We also had my family, including my 5 ur old grandson and he did well with every past of the trip. I will always remember this experience. Luca was also fun, playing popular and Italian music. This was not the most luxury tour I ever took, but it was one of the best. Thank you Luca. You are a true professional and obviously love what you do!

Interesting tour. There were a few too many people on the tour (2 buses with 8 people per bus) so it was a bit hard to hear what the guide was saying especially in the lava cave but interesting none the less. Bring your own flashlight for the caves as the flashlights provided weren't great. Guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Our guide Daphne was very informative about Mt Etna and shared a lot of interesting information about both the volcano as well as about Sicily. We would definitely recommend this tour especially with Daphne. The lava cave visit was very thrilling and one of a kind.

Our guide Emilia has rich knowledge of Etna, especially history of volcano and geology of the volcanic regions. She is kind and helpful. I have some difficulty of walking on the sandy volcano field, she held me in her arm and helped to walked down safely!

Great small group (7 people) trip to about 2200 meters high on Mount Etna. Had the benefit of our guide, Gabrielle, being well-versed in mountaineering and chemistry. He was informative and helpful throughout.
