Georgia (guide) and Anton (driver) were great. Great recommendations for lunch. Answered all our questions and coordinated logistical changes to ensure we got all our shopping bags, to our guided Pompeii tour, and back to ship on time. The only recommendation we have is to extend 30-60 minutes more to tour Pompeii since it is so big. Side note: Selena gets great reviews here and we got to meet her as well. She also took great care of us with the switch in transportation.

Amazing tour! Our tour guide Nima was awesome! Great stop for lunch, beautiful scenery and photo opportunities. Visiting Pompei was absolutely incredible. The recommendation was made to visit Pompei with a guide, which were initially not planning on doing. So glad Nima made this recommendation because it was definitely worth it.
Enzo was the best driver and tour guide, he made the experience so enjoyable. I will definitely look to book with this company again, amazing experience
Great tour, would highly reocmmend if you dont have that much time in Naples and you want to see thw Amalfi Coast
This tour provides mostly transportation on a very nice smaller 17 passenger bus.
We were picked up at the port and drove along the Almalfi coast and then to Serrento where we had 3 hours to shop in very cute and fun shops . Mariana walked us to a great restaurant that served all the local favorites and had a fabulous few. After lunch we went to Pompeii . I did not realize the your cost did not include the entrance fee to Pompeii, but Marianna was very helpful in getting the tickets. One of the other guests had arranged a guide fur Pompeii and we were able to join that group ! You NEED a guide in Pompeii!
It was a long warm day but enjoyable !
Marianna was great at communicating ahead of time where to meet her!

This was an excellent experience from start to end. On the way we made a few quick stops with fabulous views. Our tour guide Selene did an amazing job with providing everyone an amazing experience. Once in Sorrento she did a great hob showing us around to authentic local spots. I even asked her if there was somewhere to buy local tomato seeds and she went to buy them for us so that we could enjoy shopping and exploring. The restaurant she dropped us off at was amazing, especially for our honeymoon with a view of much of the coast and Mt. Vesuvius. The tour guide for Pompeii she set us up with was thorough and kind.
Don’t be turned off that you need to buy your own ticket into Pompeii as the archeological company doesn’t allow tours to buy the tickets for you. We bought the wrong ones and Selene helped us figure it out with no problems at all.

Davide and Rosita were wonderful guides...we had a lovely day and they let us customize the order of our stops. We chose Pompeii 1st thing in the AM before it got too hot. Only criticism would be we didn't go to the main gate, which has more level entrance and museum.
Make sure you have plenty of time...we had 8 hours but there is so much to see on this excursion, especially if you want some time in Postiatino and Sorrento.
Our tour guide ADI was knowledgeable, attentive and fun. Everyone should be lucky enough to have him as a guide!
Maria, our Pompeii archeological tour guide was a joy! She made the experience very enjoyable, while giving us a through history of Pompeii. I highly recommend this tour!

Our guide, Selene, was wonderful. Her communication was great ahead of time, sending us the link to purchase our Pompeii tickets before the tour. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. She did a great job managing our time. Took us to a limoncello factory, a leather store for shopping and an amazing lunch stop with the most breathtaking views. When our daughter was feeling a bit motion sick on the ride, she asked others to move and get her up front in the van and kept checking on her throughout the tour. I would definitely recommend her tour.

Our driver was very nice and helpful. The car was very comfortable and make the journey very pleasant
Nima was PHENOMENAL. He continuously went out of his way to give us the best, most enjoyable experience we could have possibly hoped for. His knowledge of Naples/ Sorrento was incredibly in depth, but that was not what made Nima special. Nima was magnetic to be around, telling us about his personal life, experiences since he has lived in Naples, and even about his cat! Nima is the type of person you want to go hangout with when the tour is over. He was by far the best tour guide we had throughout our trip (8 day cruise), and honestly the best tour guide we’ve had through Viator yet. I cannot recommend him more, and if you are lucky enough to get him, get ready for an incredible day! Nima ended our trip by giving our entire family parting gifts which goes to show his love for his profession and others around him. We could not recommend him enough!!
We had an amazing experience. Our tour guide Mary was knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was well organized, engaging, and one of the highlights of our trip.
Our guide Selene was exceptional. The tour hit the main spots with shopping, a lunch break, a fun lemonade, stand break, and air-conditioned bus. This is a must see tour.
Selena is very attentive with my family traveling with a wheelchair. She and her driver always provide additional helps. We love the restaurant she recommended at Sorrento. The view was stunning. Selena also helped arrange the guided tour at Pompeii, just the right amount of time and make sure we will go back to our cruise ship in time. I have to say, with Selena, you know you are all taken care of.
From booking, to confirming and finally to taking the tour was very simple. The only negative was that the tour guide was late to meet us at the dock. This would have been fine if we werent' anxious tourists wondering what the heck was going on when every other tour guides were there for their clients 45 mins early. Our anxiety was alleviated once we were able to get in touch with the guide
Got to see the Amalfi Coast and a slice of Positano, that was the low light.
Tour guide was great! Made recommendations for amazing lunch location in Sorrento and provided a guided tour of Pompéi.
Plenty of time to see amazing sights.

Price does not include an actual tour of city or Pompei. You need to buy pompei tickets separately and they do not give you a tour of Pompeii; but as soon as you get on the bus they try to sell your group on a Pompei guided tour that is hundreds of dollars more. The Limoncello manufacturer tour is just stopping in a tourist shop like any other where the tour guide gets kickbacks for money spent. Then she tries to aggressively force lunch on your group at another restaurant that she gets kickbacks from
Then the tour guide Paula tried to shake us down for tips and really aggressively stood over my elderly mother ‘showing’ her how to give a five star review. The ‘tour’ of the Amalfi coast is just a bus ride through it with one highway overlook. It is not actually stopping in beautiful places to explore.
The whole thing felt like a scam.

Regarding Pompeii, the option you booked does not include entrance tickets or a licensed guide. This is clearly specified in the tour description. We also offer an alternative option, available at the time of booking, which includes a certified archaeological guide at a different rate. The optional guided tour offered on the day is simply an additional service for guests who decide they would like a more in-depth visit.
Regarding the Limoncello tasting, this is a complimentary stop that many of our guests enjoy. While local products are available for purchase, there is absolutely no obligation to buy anything, and guests are always free to browse or simply enjoy the tasting before continuing the tour.
The same applies to the restaurant recommendation. Our tour assistants recommend restaurants based on their experience and the positive feedback received from thousands of previous guests. These are simply suggestions, and every guest is completely free to dine wherever they prefer.
Regarding your comments about our tour assistant, we take such feedback seriously. However, the staff member you referred to has been a valued member of our team for many years and consistently receives outstanding feedback from our guests for her professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication. This trip is a great way to see Pompeii and enjoy shopping, sightseeing, and a delicious lunch in Solerno. The guide Polly was fun, very knowledgeable, on time and easy to communicate with. She paid attention to my 67 year old father and my young daughter alike. Our driver Umberto was awesome and safe too. Zero complaints for the team. We were coming from a cruise ship and the timeliness was especially important to us. Sorrento was lovely, wish we had more time there. An hour and a half just wasn't enough time to explore. Pompeii was alright, my complaint here was that this was the third time I have been and I would have liked to have more info about the daily living lifestyle, I don't care about the history of the politics etc of the place. Also, the stop at the traffic pullout was unnecessary and wasted some limited time, but worth a quick photo. I would book this tour again. To the tour company, your emails and messages don't come through while at sea and we only got the messages regarding pickup location and time the morning of arrival at the port. Those messages need to be sent out long before the day so people can plan.
Selene was an amazing guide! She took us to the most beautiful spots in Salerno, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour with Selene!

Adi was fun and very knowledgeable. The trip was amazing and a lot of variety! Karmina was a great driver!
Unfortunately this was just an expensive transport. Amalfi Coast was just a photo opportunity at one stop, Sorrento experience, Limoncello was supposed to be a factory tour but was just sampling a couple of goods in a small shop front area, nothing shown or described as to production etc. Pompei was disappointing, had to pay further for entry and more again for a separate tour guide. It was a very hot day with no shade, no fault of tour group at all but just made it an unpleasant 2 hours. Would have been better probably had it been the first stop. None of the issues were the fault of our guide, Polly, who was very personable. Did an excellent job of finding us a lunch venue, the best part of the whole tour.

Tour guide was amazing! Small group van tour, it was lovely. Kekko the guide had great facts of the tour and was so kind. All ages would do well in this tour!
I was very disappointed in the fact that we didn't go to Positano at all. I believe the van stopped and pulled off to let us view Positano from a faraway distance. So, the title is very misleading. Sorrento was so crowded it was not very enjoyable. I don't advise anyone to go to Sorrento past April due to the crowds. The restaurant we chose to have lunch, charged us $3.00 per person cover charge to eat there. Which we didn't realize until we paid the bill.
