I would like to express my sincere appreciation for our tour guide, who did an outstanding job. Her knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm truly enhanced our experience. She provided insightful information, answered all questions with patience, and ensured everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout the tour.
Thanks to their excellent guidance, the entire experience was both enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organized and enriching tour.

Great personalized tour. We appreciated the interesting tidbits of Florence’s history. There was something for my two preteen kids, my husband and myself.

Katerina was an engaging and knowledgeable guide. We only had a day to spend in Florence--we did the Duomo on our own, then had a great walk through the squares, over the Arno, back across the Ponte Vecchio and ending with David at the Accademie. With limited time-- a great guide is a must, and Katerina was the best.

The tour guide is very knowledgeable and is a true citizen of beautiful Florence. Skipping lines allows for more time to view the most important sites.

Enjoyable tour, small group of people which makes it tailored and possible to ask questions. The guide made the experience unique and gave an extra perk by mentioning also places where to eat and have a good time.

Great experience! We had a personal tour since others didn't show up with a fantastic and knowledgable guide. We walked for 3 hrs and felt like we learned about all the main parts of the city. Plus she gave us tips about authentic Florence places to shop and eat.

Great tour. Our guide Elise(?) is very knowledgeable, give us the history of Florence and many hidden gems of the town.
Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Most of the tour is outdoor.

This is a wonderful introduction to Florence. Our guide Barbara was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and had a great sense of humour. We learnt a lot about Florence and enjoyed our tour very much.

Our tour guide was Jessica and she was great. So knowledgeable and truly interested in sharing her city with us. Her ability to navigate the streets, our group, the crowds made the tour seamless. Her insight and knowledge into Michelangelo’s David brought the tour to a fitting conclusion. We had five tours during our trip to Italy and Jessica was the best, by far. What a professional.
Gail_M, Dec 2025
Great way to get an overview and highlights of Florence. Gave us an idea of what we wanted to go back to see and we got to see David without lines.
Hannah_R, Dec 2025
This was an amazing tour and well worth the money. We were able to see much of Florence, finishing with David as advertised. Our guide was friendly and immensely knowledgeable and talked to us like humans, successfully avoiding too much of a “performance”. It was an incredible use of time and money, highly recommend.

Francesca was wonderful! She was very informative and gave a unique insight to the city and the history. Would highly recommend
Caroline_I, Nov 2025
Totally wonderful walking tour of the city with Elena. She was so knowledgeable, but also fun and flexible - we popped in and out of cafes and shops during out tour. Though she knew so much, the 3 hours we spent together seemed much more like hanging out with friend than having an intense history lesson! We would love to do another tour with Elena - either in Florence or somewhere else in Italy, since she does this all over her country.
David_W, Nov 2025
Very informative and worthwhile your. While we have visited Florence numerous times and have seen these highlights, this tour provides interesting insights, history, and visits to unknown places. Our guide, Catalina, was excellent.
Marcia_C, Nov 2025
Great way to see the highlights of Florence and then access viewing of the David - which was amazing. Our guide Francesca was very knowledgeable and made the tour even more enjoyable.

We’re comfortable shoes you’ll be doing a lot of walking; Florence can be crowded so play close attention not to lose your guide, very interesting would highly recommend. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. Also recommend doing this on your first day in Florence to learn the city.

Phyllis_C, Oct 2025
This is a walking tour thru Old Florence so good mobility is a must. Also, toilet access is limited in this 2.5 hr tour.
Georgia_H, Oct 2025
It was excellent! Brenda, our guide, was super knowledgeable and it was obvious that she loved her city!
Kent_C, Oct 2025
Our tour guide Brian gave us great information about the David that we never got our first visit. Well worth the money we spent!
Sally_H, Oct 2025
The tour with our guide Jessica was outstanding! She was relaxed in her role which suits us better than the over-excited delivery style. The group size was perfect where we didn't have to jostle into position to be able to see and hear about the exhibits and locations. The only issue my husband had was with the technology. He is partially deaf and only had 1 ear phone where, while I could hear perfectly, he did struggle somewhat. I think Bluetooth that streams to hearing aids would fix that issue. Bravo Jessica and Viator.
Annette_P, Oct 2025
Amazing guide who was fascinating. She described the history of each of the highlights in an engaging and insightful way. The David was the highlight and we had plenty of time to admire this masterpiece.
Samyutha_B, Oct 2025
Brenda was so knowledgeable about Florence and her passion for the city really came through. It was a lovely small group, we got to see and learn so much, and the skip the line for entry to see David was totally worth it.
